It was about Anger and Resentment. Did you even watch it?

As far as Stress being good. That us wrong.

Stress is a killer. Proven. When the human body undergoes stress--either emotional or physical--a hormone called cortisol, which disrupts our homeostasis and also lowers our immune system. It also expedites the aging process.

Another hormone release is adrenaline, which is what kicks-in out fight or flight response. (Dilated pupils; accelerated heartrate; tensed muscles, etc.) While adrenaline us a useful "fuel" in threatening circumstances, too much of it is also hard on the body and can cause fatigue of the adrenal glands' hormone expulsion mechanism.

Anger can be useful so long as it is used as a motivator, and does not turn into rage and get us into trouble or put us at physical risk.

There are 2 kinds of stress that you learn about in psychology. Stress can create a ton of health problems but it can also help you grow like this man is saying. Eustress helps you grow. Distress just kills you slowly. Panic attacks are a tell tale sign of distress.
