If you can't properly construct a sentence, how can you expect anyone to understand what you are attempting to convey?

there is a saying about grammar i like, may not be totally relevant but i'm going to share anyway.. grammar is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack, off a horse and helping your uncle jack off a horse

'' Come and eat grandpa '' and '' Come and eat, Grandpa ''

Bad grammar skills can kill.

Well, considering you spelled "Practicing" wrong, I'd say yes. It amazes me, and not in a good way, how poorly people's grammar skills are. Most people can talk perfectly find, but when it comes to grammar they tend to not to do as well. So I would say it is definitely more important to study.

grammar isn't really important. i for once, have next to zero idea of the differences between noun and pronoun and adverbs. so when we had to fill in the blanks, i simply used a bit of my conversation skills. i can speak English but that doesn't mean i know what adjectives and adverbs and all of those are. similarly, i can speak Hindi but my grammar is something i should be worried about.

In MNCs no one sees how well we write,it is seen that how well we present our thoughts by conversing fluently with other people. If someone is very good at writing essays or speeches, it doesn't mean that he/she is very fluent in speaking English.
