I actually do take some offense to that. it requires more than the average intelligence. Once you learn the moves you have to learn how to use them at a moments notice, and if you want to look good doing it (like most of us do) you have to learn how to cope with your area quickly. It's sort of like martial arts.

The being able to do anything in regards to Parkour would be physical. Do you truly believe that there is nothing you've seen in Parkour you would not be physically able to do regardless of how hard you work for it?

It's physical in a sense yes, but that's just the training of my muscles. I've seen people stronger than me who can't do what I do, because their is forms to doing it that they don't know. In fact, Google, or YouTube "Fat kid does b twist" that proves that it's not your build or muscle mass or strength, it's the know how and the desire to know how.

Now you are talking about fitness as if it's a trait. Fitness is good habits it has nothing to do with genes.

Fitness is not a trait, but people with healthy genes are more fit than those with not so healthy genes, and those can be changed by making an effort in your personal life. If you have a slow metabolism, you can speed it up, and that will be passed to your off spring. Somewhere, some one in the line (of the family) has to make an effort.

Okay, it was a leap, but it makes a little sense at least, that's why I used it. Their are some dumb mofos in this world. So many laws we have were made, because one person was idiotic enough to do something they had no business doing. So of course the entire world won't be made up of dodos that give plastic bags to their children, but their will be tons of other stuff with tons of other warnings if they didn't exist would eventually add up on the death total. I mean like this. Their's a warning on the plastic bag, their's also disclaimers on play-doh, their's signs on food casings. These things might be certain individuals protected and all those individuals were dumb, but they in total amount to a large percentage of the population. You'd be surprised how 'common sense' isn't actually that common.

I explained that. For the ones that are not already doomed, their is the simple act of trying. If you have genes that make you fat, you must exercise more and you will not be fat and that new metabolism that you acquired will be passed down. If you have genes that make you an idiot, then if you study your tail off and become interested in learning your children will inherit a desire to learn.
