We just don't know exactly what they are.. Wait till poochy boy logs on.. He'll know. Well, we gave him a shot, but he didn’t know. The Supreme Court felt that we have the right to buy and sell contraception. They might have referred to the 10th, and I would say they should have. Instead they said that it emanates from the first 10 Amendments but they couldn’t say specifically where. That’s just bad law. So I’m willing to say that people have the Right to buy and sell contraception. Which is to say the government shouldn’t have the power to ban it without an Amendment. The above is an example of a Right retained by the people that we have managed to maintain, though it was maintained incorrectly. What other Rights do you believe to be Rights of the people?
