Wrong. Laws are not changed to discriminate against lbgt. Rather...the existing laws are already in place. Then these aberrations of the Natural Order of Biology come along and demand that laws and rules and even the moral zeitgeist that has been around forever be changed for them! When some of society's more traditional and morally conservative folks balk at this, the queers scream discrimination. It's funny, the very people you ridicule and make fun of (Christians) are the main groups fighting this political correctness you also hate. You might better start supporting the largest group of people in this nation trying to stop the madness. Just because recent news and recent legislation involves LGBT doesn't mean individually or as a group they are constantly seeking reassurance. Just another stereotype. They've actually been around forever and they're just now getting some legislation and media coverage. Where were they 20 years ago? All around you, that's where. What's different between then and now? There's a wave of change sweeping the US. Like it or not gay marriage, gay rights, transgenders, are all more supported by the national population than non-supported. Learn to live with your new reality. Frankly your opposition is not all that different from those who opposed African-American civil rights, or women voting. |
