On Sunday after the shooting at the Freeway Church in White Settlement Shannon posted this ignorant tweet.
Shannon Watts: Ken Paxton shouldn’t be shocked by the church shooting in White Settlement. As Texas Attorney General, he specifically made sure that guns are allowed inside churches in the state.
Now Democrats if you will notice this Brain Dead Democrat didn't care at all that the shooter was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

E-cigarette companies have no political power. Gun companies do. It is cringeworthy and a little pitiful listening to these guys defend guns like they are some kind of token of personal freedom, when in actual fact they are only still legal because of the massive political power of the gun lobby, who are making billions of dollars out of stoking paranoia and misrepresenting their own product. As per nom you're way off skew there. The firearm industry in America is thriving because millions of citizens want to own guns. Why does an arrogant piece of limey shit like you feel they have a right to criticise millions of American citizens who are perfectly entitled to 'bear arms' as a right under their constitution. Unlicensed firearms are banned in the U.K., including Northern Ireland where guns were shipped in by the 1000s and used to chase you dummies all the way back to Limeyland. With your gun laws it's only the bad guys in the community such as the drug dealing paramilitary gangsters who have guns while the average citizen is terrorised and intimidated every day of the week. If the weak kneed British politicians showed the same bottle as their American counterparts and softened their gun laws the atrocities committed by the paramilitaries in Northern Ireland as well as the Islamic terrorists and black knife crime in mainland U.K., could be significantly reduced. The annoying thing about the distribution of guns is that they and their owners never seem to be in the right place at the right time, such as at the knife attack on members of the Jewish community or any of the school massacres. You, and your fellow Brits may be susceptible to marketing techniques but the average Yank , (you know, those guys who have saved you broken down limeys on countless occasions) don't fall for the advertising jingles. 0

I would not support that mad woman any more than I would support the Chinaman in HIS madness. We need common sense gun reform to REDUCE the number killed by other madmen and women with THEIR agendas. I think, when the anger, from losing family and friends, finally overpowers the madness that has turned this country into 1860-70's Dodge City, we will learn, AGAIN, that carrying a gun everywhere is just not civilized NOR necessary! The brainless gun control advocates will be unnecessary, as well as the brainless gun advocates … like Chinaman. ;-) 1

You are right …. to a point. Banning hunting rifles, shotguns and even handguns that are hobbies or for ACTUAL defense, I am against. We MUST be reasonable. Assault weapons were NOT made for hunting. They SHOULD be banned. Anyone unqualified to drive should not be allowed to drive, anyone unqualified (including mentally or emotionally) should not be allowed to "carry" or own. For the first 50 years of my life many, including me, owned guns. We had few problems. I was a member of the NRA for many years, shot in NRA sanctioned matches, taught NRA safety classes. Then the shit hit the fan! WE CAN go back to "the old days" … if idiots will find that they can be reasonable again! No, I don't have much hope … at the moment! :-( |
