The Progressive movement boils down to insecure people fearing what other's think.

Have you ever been around insecure people? They live in a world of low self esteem. They think so little of themselves that they must search out safe places whereby NO ONE could ever shine a light on their choices in life.
The very thought of society pointing out potential flaws in their lives is more than they can handle because they themselves have such a low self worth.

Hence the Progressive movement these past 60 years. This war on our Christian heritage is an amazing thing to witness. One might ask who in their right mind would fear the simple mention of moral values? These values have been lifted up for generations with the soul purpose of keeping families together and thereby raising secure responsible children.

WHO COULD BE AGAINST THIS SIMPLE COMMON SENSE? Progressives, Liberals, left wing Politicians, that's who!
Our traditional Christian heritage was not about moral laws being mandated on people. It was a simple message to the values of responsible life choices.

With this Progressive movement, issues such as Abortion, promiscuous sex, etc. etc. have all been sanctoned as normal and ok in this insecure world. Why do you suppose that is?

Do insecure people want the world to know they got pregnant with some loser who refuses to support his child? No, so the only solution to hide the fact is abortion..... hence, make it legal to kill the unborn life because it is evidence to the irresponsible sex.

Insecure people who wanted the easy sex without the commitment of marriage, needed to wipe out any traditional notions of responsibility when possibly bringing children into this world without a committed mother and father raising that child.

The LGBT community is so insecure with their sexual orientation, they had to force all States to change their marriage laws, and even their bathroom laws, so that these people could be feel better about themselves.

People used to be ashamed if they took charity from others due to their irresponsible lifestyle choices. NO LONGER! Insecure Progressives made welfare an entitlement no matter how irresponsibly you lived with drugs, sex, alcohol etc.
They wanted no accountability for one's choices in life.
I believe welfare should be a safety net only. Not a career! But as we all know, career welfare roles are the Democrat's voting block so fixing the system will never happen.

The message of progressives these past decades is that you are perfect just the way you are. NO NEED LOOKING AT WAYS TO IMPROVE ONE'S SELF. You are doing nothing wrong when choosing to have that one night stand, or taking those illegal drugs, or drinking yourself into alcoholism, or taking out that huge student loan, or buying that new car you can't afford, etc. etc. IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT! DON'T FEEL INSECURE ABOUT YOUR CHOICES. We have tax payers to bail you out from all your choices. Continue on because no one will hold you accountable.... vote for me!

We have separated out all those old fashioned traditional moral values from society. Those values just made you feel bad about yourself.
We no longer want that feeling. We want to feel good about ourselves and our choices(no matter the harm to our children) and we will force tax payers to bail us out from all our irresponsible choices in life. We will make Christians or anyone else who speaks to moral values, the enemy. We will insult them, judge them, and do all in our power to separate any mention of our nation's majority faith. We will no longer allow speech that may make you feel guilty over life choices.

LOVE YOURSELF... YOU ARE PERFECT JUST AS YOU ARE! Don't worry about all the broken families. The kids will survive without a father, right? Those case workers are good enough, right? No need for personal reflections on one's values.

YOU ARE PERFECT JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! This is the message Progressives are teaching our children. No wonder this world is so screwed up.

Rather than lifting up responsibility, lifting up the value of a mother and father's commitment to their children, lifting up hard work and living within one's means, etc.,..... the Progressvie's anwers to all our problems are more bailouts, more social programs, more gun control, more free stuff, more leanency on criminals, etc. etc.
Never do their answers address the core problems in our culture. Until they recognise their insecurities and admit that moral values are the ONLY ANSWERS, this nation will most assuredly go bankrupt morally and fiscally.

Wait wait wait. If we supposedly FEAR your opinions then wouldnt we actively try to avoid your debates? But we dont, in fact most of us actually want to respond to them and challenge them. Also if you are so certain that you speak truth and that everything you believe is true then what does it matter if were being "deceptive"? I agree with both Cuaroc and IamSpartacus on your banning and fearing what other people think. But the one thing I'll add that's different is you are likely to see after this election that the majority of the US population actually is not ultraconservative or hyper Christian like yourself, and then you will literally freak out on this site even worse than you do now with your giant posts of hate and smearing. And when that happens, then tell me whom is the person insecure and afraid? You. And the other ultraconservatives.
