Don't you think Americans waste their time and energy focusing on social and political issues that they really don't understand and aren't well versed or educated enough to debate on? Do you think Americans need to put more focus and energy into domestic issues? Do you think it would help our country if more people just worked on ways of uplifiting their communities? How come no one ever argues about local politics? How come the average American chooses to engage in heated debates on economics, war, foreign policy, military issues etc. when the average person really couldn't understand these topics all too well, at least not without the proper education and experience?
I feel many Americans should focus their attention and zeal on local issues in their communities and put the focus back on the American community, not the entire nation or the world for that matter. It's not wrong to be concerned with what's going on in the world, but if we want to "fix" everything in the world, shouldn't we at least start at home?
