What sets him above most entertainers is that he is politically unaffiliated and refuses to be sucked into the party political machines of either the devious DImocrats or the Roaring Republicans. Having recognised that it was futile to attempt to defend the indefensible he has cast his net wider than usual in the hope of increasing his popularity by appealing to a significantly greater number of SHEEPEOPLE from both of the mindless left and right tribes.
