How do you think?
Should we help poor people, who ask for money in the streets, if they have two hands and legs and are able to earn by themselves?

Obviously I think people should be expected to earn for a living - and those that simply refuse to when they have the opportunity and rely on the state should be made to work. However, I don't think you can tell whether someone is capable of earning a living purely because they have all their limbs. Unemployment is rarely due to laziness; inequality of opportunity plays a huge role (i.e. lack of education) and a lack of available jobs is often a major problem. In short, there are many reasons that this person may be asking you for money - don't assume they're lazy - give them a hand. Side: Yes

Whenever someone on the street asks me for money, I always look at them and say "that's funny. I was about to ask you the same thing, because I'm dead broke." One guy asked me one time "how does someone like you get to be dead broke?" And it pissed me off. Like I have to stand there and be judged by a homeless man. I have a homeless man telling me that I'm financially irresponsible? WTF? Side: No
