When PRIVATE parties and family members buy and sell guns to each other, they don't go through a back ground check.. Gun owners LOVE that.. When PRIVATE parties buy a table at a gun show to SELL their guns, just as in ANY private sale, the BUYERS of those guns don't go through a background check.. Again, gun owners LOVE that. The next table over from this private party, could have been purchased by a federal fire arms dealer.. HIS buyers line up at the application window for a back ground check. The buyers from the PRIVATE seller just walk out. For the last time, gun owners LOVE that. In my state, there were 5 gun shows last weekend. If you really want to STOP convicted felons from buying guns, you ought to close that loophole.. What's nuts here, is that you AID the criminal element by DENYING that there IS a loophole.. I kinda thought right wingers hated the criminal element.. No, huh?
