There is only Truth, Everything else is Illusion
Basically, anything exists has a structure of truth. There is no "random functionality." If something happens, there is truth to explain it. On the other hand, we can have illusion, which is itself based on truth. But how things actually work, there can only be truth.
If something seems like an error, it's because someone had unrealistic expectations. Everything happened exactly as it was going to. If you thought something different should have happened, then you had an illusion of what to expect. But the other particles of any action knew exactly what to do.
Basically, error is an illusion. Nothing actually goes wrong, least there was a plan or expectation. The truth happens and never falters. What we expect can be as wrong we want.
God is a comedian playing to an audience too afraid to laugh. - Voltaire
"Religions are all alike - founded upon fables and mythologies." --Thomas Jefferson
"Religion is fundamentally opposed to everything I hold in veneration--courage, clear thinking, honesty, fairness, and, above all, love of the truth."- H. L. Mencken
"It is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan
"There is not enough love and kindness in the world to give any of it away to imaginary beings." - Friederich Nietzsche
"Surely the ass who invented the first religion ought to be the first ass damned" - Mark Twain
"The Christian god can easily be pictured as virtually the same god as the many ancient gods of past civilizations. The Christian god is a three headed monster; cruel, vengeful and capricious. If one wishes to know more of this raging, three headed beast-like god, one only needs to look at the caliber of people who say they serve him. They are always of two classes: fools and hypocrites." - Thomas Jefferson
These are some quotes on religion by: An American Founding Father and Third President. People who have made strides in literature, and extremely influential philosophers. And an American astronomer, cosmologist, astrophysicist, astrobiologist, author, science popularizer, and science communicator in astronomy and other natural sciences: Dr.Carl Sagan.
You have a book. That's been rewritten over and over (and is the base of a religion that has 33,000 different sub beliefs or "denominations" that all claim are the true Christians)
I'm still waiting for an answer and explanation from dadman who cant explain why the "one true religion" has 33,000 different official interpretations of a book that only has 1,281 pages. That's 25.761124 different official interpretations PER PAGE.
But apparently those 32,999 are wrong. Along with the other 3999 other seperate religions.
"But apparently those 32,999 are wrong. Along with the other 3999 other seperate religions."
Well, that would be obvious, one or no religions can only be true. It may be unlikely that one interpretation and religion is true out of all the rest, but it still can be.
I saw this thing where actually they think its 45,000 denominations now.
Its just if this was true , Christianity is. then wouldn't it be a little more forward? like for real. But no there's one book that's been re translated and rewritten over and over by men (and was originally written by men) and there is 45,000 interpretations of that extremely changed book. (450 versions are now out in the world)
But your telling me that put of those 450 bibles and the 45,000 interpretation, your bible and your interpration of that specific bible, are the one true word and direction of god?
If Jupiter is willing to show intelligence, but not able?
Then he is not smart.
If he is able, but not willing,
Then he is a buffoon.
Is he both able and willing?
Then why does he talk so stupid?
And whence cometh his hatred of God?
Is it stupid to try to murder God?
Jupiter's mind is the opiate of his stupidity. Korn Mark.
Jupiter is a tragic comedy, not making himself funny in dying. Volted.
Jupiter's religion is hating God and loving Death. George Jefferson
Jupiter is fundamentally opposed to himself, hoping to escape justice in death.
Jupiter tries to grasp the universe while losing his soul, and feels better dying that way.
Jupiter has no real love and kindness as there is no such thing in dying.
Jupiter talks like a jack ass because he thinks being a donkey makes him stronger than a man. Dark Brain.
The God who is Christ Jesus is easily pictured as irrelevant, equal to all ancient mythical gods. The Christian God is the only one we really have to kill because He is the only one who threatens to keep us in Hell forever if we won't believe He died for our sins and rose to justify all who believe on Him and receive Him as their Savior. George Jefferson.
These are some quotes on religion from fools, who say in their heart that there is no God. Remember, the only God we really have to be rid of is the one who claims to be Jesus Christ with power to condemn us to Hell for killing Him.
You have a book. It is called the book of nonsense, based on the belief that you are justified to live and have the right to exist outside of Hell as a sinner.
Awe yes mocking me and a dozen of the worlds greatest and influential minds. Very intelligent move.
And where is the proof of your god outside the bible (which was written by men btw)
And why if your religion is sooo true and obviously true, then why are there 33,000 different official interpretations for the bible?
There is only one right. Why is it yours? (and that's Christianity)
Also you've given no proof god exists other than your disrespectful defamation, I am simply arguing a valid point. f I talk so stupid then why haven't you given any proof?
insults and aggression don't work here. its debate not intimidation.
The fool has said in his heart, "there is no God". You present that worn out insult against God as if it's profound or new. It's dumb. You want proof of God? Look in a mirror, you are proof of God. God brought you into existence, you did not make yourself.
Yes there is only one truth. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life".
Whoever said all roads lead to heaven or there are many ways to God was an idiot or a liar or both.
You're not arguing a valid point, your being a fool talking about things as if you are smarter, better, and stronger than God. You are dying, God is living you idiot....and don't boo hoo me for calling you names. You are being an idiot going on and on against God and only getting yourself deeper into death and if you don't stop being an idiot you are going to wake up in Hell.
There is no debating with a fool. You reject God, so you are rejected by God and He will run out of patience with you if you don't quit being an idiot. How can you say such stupid and offensive things as this idolized atheistic mantra and then sit there and whine if I come back with a strong rebuke against your stupidity. Nothing can work on you except God, nothing I say matters to you, you reject God so just go on your own way in death and see if you don't wake up in Hell. Bye, Plupiter.
Oh, by the way, your whole stupid atheistic mantra criticizing God and claiming to be of the great minds of the world is supposed to be intimidating and aggressive toward a believer like me. It is not. The whole thing is stupid, I don't care how much education is possessed by the fools who wrote it.
Illusions are always deceptive, and they may appear to be real or true. Illusions not only can be wrong, but they are always wrong. Illusions are not good.
Sometimes lying is happening. Lying is not truth. The truth will reveal lies, and stand against the liars. Try to make sense. Lying can happen, and it is not truth.
yes there is only truth and lies. what's proven true a few times can be proven forever to be true. the truth cannot be a lie. a lie cannot be the truth. a lie can be like an illusion if it distorts someone's sense of reality.
Nope. You can be lying unintentionally. If you really believe you have the right to exist outside of Hell as a sinner, and you say so with all sincerity, you are still lying. You may be deceived, but that does not excuse you for publishing your deception as truth by which others may be deceived.
What is proven true in the past cannot be known to be true then or in the future. All knowledge is based upon the supposition that the means of acquiring it were reliable, but all means are filtered through the subjective. Nor can reason prove itself (see Hume esp. for more).
I have already covered this at length with you elsewhere, but briefly: I do not think there is no absolute truth. I think that there may be an absolute truth, but that we are probably incapable of knowing it with certainty. Every statement I make is an expression of subjective probability, not certainty. I do not heavily qualify every statement though because it is not usually necessary and is cumbersome.
Homsexuality has nothing to do with gender identity, but nice to see you elevating the opposition to demigod status. Well done, that.
There is only Illusion. Your brain cannot process all of the data being absorbed through you 5 senses. Most of the data gets filtered out. As such, perception is nothing more than a best guess. An interpretation. Not reality. An illusion. Also, having 5 senses means that you have only 5 data streams. There are many more data streams that we are not physically capable of perceiving. For example, we cannot physically perceive infrared data. We need machines to interpret infrared data into visual data. And there may be other data streams we have no knowledge of and for which we have no machines for. So, how can we perceive truth?
I agree that claiming to be human is a stretch. If you try to break down humanity into facts, history, genealogy, mathematics, etc, humanity is more of a mood then real conditional. There is something in us, older then the very dust of this planet, for our partials are old then the formed dust.
Illusion is experience of an event. But the event can be based on truth. Events can be mathematical. How we experience that event is illusion.
Point is, matter is probably an illusion. It is probably some mathematical possibility or event that we experience as solid. But as such, matter isn't limited, but is infinite. Also, there is a truth about how who we are, how our senses work. Even if what we experience is illusion, there is consistent truth about how we are able to experience illusion.
