In my point of view, to be alone is better, than to be in a relationships. There are many arguments against it, but all of you forgot one of the main reasons. To be in a relationships, means that you should pay attention to your BF or GF. Because of that you will have less time to yourself and to make the self-actualization, which is very important in our life. I want to add, that not being in a relationships, does not mean that you will be alone. You will still have friend and people who are close to you. As we know, sometimes people have the inclination to girl or boy, need to kiss and etc. And you also can do it, but without any obligations or engagements, which can cause some problems in daily life! To be alone does not mean one is lonely. Some people cannot help but feel lonely if they are not in a relationship, I pity them. Being alone is much better as long as a person is not easily led by societal norms where one feels compelled to bond with another human. It's a matter of opinion however, not much to debate on, just a sharing of perspectives... last time I checked there was a type of debate like that on this site. Personally, I have not been in a relationship for many years, before that I was in a four year marriage and I can easily say that I do not wish to be married again, ever. It wasn't that it was completely horrible, it’s just that I realized after being single, that relationships are overrated. Being single and spending time with friends who are in relationships has shown me that there is a lot of undue stress one can avoid if not in a relationship. That, and there’s no obligation to do something you don’t want to do in order to please your partner. Another good reason why I feel it is better to be single, is that when the opportunity arrives to talk to a pretty girl or handsome guy, you are free to do it without any guilt. Maybe in the future I will change my mind. If there is a girl that is everything I want in a girl, and nothing I don’t want, it is possible I could get married again. She would have to be perfect though, because I am not willing to settle for the sake of not being alone. Side: To be alone

mmm in my opinion i'd rather be alone...i am a person who hates drama and when you are in a relationship you face allot of it..all the doubts and the opposite opinions and the fights and the break ups aaaah too much drama..skip the drama! being alone is better..its not only about the money...;D Side: To be alone

From my point of view, to be alone, is better than to be in a relationships. The main thing that is seems to be the strongest one, is to be dependent of your relationships. It mean that when you have a boyfriend of girlfiend, you have to pay a lot of attention for them. It causes the changes in your life. The changes in your studying in bad side, misunderstandings between friends and between parents, and a lot of worries about girlfriend or boyfriend. The number of divorces are increasing day after day, moreover, after that many people get a big stress, which cause the deaths. Divorces are caused by people being stupid. Divorces are almost never sad, also. Two people divorce because there's something they hate about one another that they can't stand. Separating from that person is a happy thing for the two parties emotions. Lastly, divorces can be solved by one simple tool: childhood betrothal. I absolutely agree with you guys. You live just once and i think we should live life happily. Especially for women they have to feel happiness. When you are in relationship, you automatically changed, your behavior, character, whole life become more better. Your close person( boyfriend or girlfriend) always support you, give advices, try to make you happier. People look at the world through different eyes, everything is so colorful. The reason why it is good to be in relationships, because it is enriching and rewarding in a long term basis. However there are some people that don't really like to be in relationships because they think it drags them down. In all honesty relationships are not for everyone. Yes, it is risky you get your heart broken and everything. But there is a reason why you should do your homework before you get in a relationship. That may be true, but it seems to me that relationship shuold be beneficial for both sides either woman or man. I take the view that relationships should consist of the respect, love and support; also provide comfort of being near each other and oppotunity to relate with common friends.
