It's a physical act consisting of no words that could violate burn ban laws, endangering a minor laws, destruction of property laws, illegal rioting, inciting a riot, etc. It's like trying to say that banning the burning of buildings is a violation of the First Amendment because you don't like the building. Nope. It isn't. Neverthless I support the right to disgrace the flag because once and if the left takes over, I might want to use it as toilet paper and light that baby on fire myself.
