It's this level of discussion (from all sides, and on virtually every subject), that is the reason why I engaged with this site (which is a very good idea), for a few days, before never coming on here again. I picked this thread almost at random - just leafing through the subject titles is enough to leave a person feeling depressed.

I don't think the internet is the right place to discuss issues of any importance. People are just too abusive, enjoy too much feeling that they are right, don't listen, and ultimately perhaps a little too cynical to engage in open, sincere discussion.

If anyone knows of a site where this kind of discussion does happen, let e know by private message. If not - good luck with it all. You do know that it really should be 5 year olds who talk like this right?

I suspect the originators of this site had really good intentions; but the problem is that people naturally create their own hierarchies. There really isn't a democracy of opinions. And I suppose the hierarchy here is to disengage completely.

That is a description of people generally. The internet is not a factor in that. People are perhaps more abusive to each other on the internet, but that is only because they are being protected by a certain level of anonymity and/or distance.

You can't blame the internet for people. People were here first.

The US has not come anywhere close to hitting its peak mortality rate yet you stupid, backwards idiot. Navarro predicted half a million deaths in the memo your boss ignored and then lied about ignoring, which will put it top of that list.

THE US HAS THE HIGHEST RATE OF INFECTION IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, THE FASTEST RATE OF INFECTION IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, AND THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF TOTAL DEATHS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD.

Spin it all you like you piece of shit. Your boss fucked up and he fucked up big. Now millions of people are going to die thanks to him and his lies.

Wrong again, but being wrong is what you're good at. Excellent work seeing you are obviously in the Being Wrong Olympics.

Wrong again

Ahahahaha! You are literally madder than a camping weekend with Tom Cruise. You begin by saying I'm wrong, then post a bunch of sources which prove I'm right!!!! The USA has not hit its virus peak yet, and your sources prove it, retard.

Want to keep trying, Adolf?

Yes, countries with 330 million people have more of just about everything than countries with 5 million to 70 million people. I'd explain to you why, but your head might explode. But without explaining basic math to you, let's take a peak anway, shall we?

Yes, countries with 360 million people

Oh for God's sake shut up you delusional, raving mad bastard. China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Russia and Mexico all have HUGE populations too. All of them well over a 100 million and all of them third world countries light years behind the US in terms of medical technology. Christ, some of them don't even have basic sanitation, and yet they ALL have a lower rate of infection than the USA.

Here, open a book, and read something which wasn't written by Hitler for a change:-
