Both of these snacks are filled with both carbs and calories.
I say take some crackers, carrots .. any fruit.
Actually carrots and dip is very delicious.
You get proteins, several vitamins (including b-vitamin, which improve skin quality) healthy fats and calcium.
I always eat that when I'm hungry for a snack, because I don't feel hungry for more food afterwards, unlike sweets and chips and stuff.
But if I have to pick, I'd pick noodles, as they are more satisfying (fill more in your stomach), and you don't feel the urge to eat more.
Popcorn on the other hand is a snack, that makes you hungry again, minutes after eating.
Yeah you're right.
You actually only live once, so why not try to live as long as you can?
Being overweight (not obese, just overweight) is just as unhealthy as smoking 10 cigarettes a day. It increases premature death by a third.
If you two are normally weight, you can treat yourself with noodles or popcorn or something else.
But I don't recommend it tho :)
