Side Score: 3

Unfortunately the benefits which did come from British rule in India were eclipsed by the immoral and illegal occupation of this sovereign nation by an Imperialist and arrogant Great Britain.

Aw, psh. Don't disguise yourself, Antrim. You'd be chuffed had it been America.

So, that's your input to the thread.

A standard, meaningless Brit response.

Cock your ear and you'll soon hear Boris a-knock-knock-knocking on the door of the Brussels Parliament inquiring about the terms for the U.K's re-entry into the E.U.

Covid-19 has masked, and been blamed for many of the food shortages, supply and transport problems, the scarcity of labor and additional E.U., travel restrictions that are all attributable to BREXIT.

Sort your own house out before you come on here with your Brit arrogance.

The good which was created by the British in India included the establishment of Democracy in both national and local government administrations.

The British legal structure and judiciary processes still form the foundation upon which the Indian legal system is based.

The wind of change which started to blow through the Asian and African continents from the early part of the last century saw the demise of Military rule in the nations of the British Empire.

Note how the go-ahead Indian people now work with the British for the common good of both nations.

Instead of adopting a Bongo style VICTIMHOOD MENTALITY of bellyaching about THE BIG BAD WHITE MAN the Indian nation is going from strength-to-strength in all fields including technology and industrial development.

The bellyaching Bongos should engage in INDIA STUDIES and learn how to benefit from the experience gained from their past oppressors and how to beat them at their own game through peaceful and mutually beneficial competition.
