The summary:

He didn't note whether any damage was pre-existing.

They sent him a bill for $500 in damages to the car.

He complained.

They dropped it.

He decided it must be a global scam that goes all the way to the top.

Can't get a lawyer to take his case - pursues it without a lawyer and sues for $1 million dollars.

Subpoenas the CEO and was shocked that she did not appear.

Thinks their lawyers were corrupt, the judge was "duped" and "dazzled" and didn't know the law.

Lost the case.

Took it to Congress and the FBI.

Now he's angry with the Washington Post for saying" "in the past decade, some car-rental companies saw damages as a profit opportunity. Their preferred method was something I’ve called the “ding-and-dent scam.” Here’s how it worked: Companies trained employees to inspect each returned rental for small dings or dents and would charge either the insurance company or the renter an inflated price for repairs. Public pressure, lawsuits and common sense brought this practice to an end among the major car-rental companies, but some of the smaller operators allegedly still look for a way to profit from normal wear and tear."

While his letter in the video says, "And to be clear, I'm not making any accusations against either you individually or the Washington Post for having done anything improper", he still makes a video that says it must be paid fake news.

-----

I actually feel a bit sad for the guy - he has ALS and apparently some form of grandiose persecution complex - calls himself the "US Credit Czar" and "leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud", etc.

Now he's given up several years of his life for what will amount to nothing.

But, even if some agent erroneously tried to charge him, nothing in this story makes the Washington Post some vast disseminator of fake news.

Now the question becomes - why you would think it does?

Now the question becomes - why you would think it does?

Because he's peddling Nazi propaganda. That's what this piece of shit does. Scroll down and you'll find a debate I started which illustrates the ridiculousness of Donald Trump accusing the Washington Post of saying things which are not true.

Scroll back up and you'll find the site saturated with a bunch of attacks against the Washington Post based on lies, half-truths, innuendo and cherry-picked headlines. This is Bronto using puppet accounts to proliferate his vile Nazi propaganda. And the reason is because of the original debate I started, which reads something like this:-

Donald Trump, who made 16,241 false or misleading statements to the public in his first three years of office:-

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/01/20/president-trump-made-16241-false-or-misleading-claims-his-first-three-years/

Accused The Washington Post:-

Overall, we rate The Washington Post Left-Center biased based on editorial positions that moderately favors the left and factually High due to the use of proper sources and a reasonable fact check record.

Of being fake news.
