Wondering more why you're ignoring this. Hello TC: I'm not ignoring it.. It's a wonderful piece of evidence the insurgents can use at their trial.. Until then they're not guilty of anything.. But, the debate was about charges, not convictions, and they've been charged. excon Side: Nahh.. Move along..

Is "seditious conspiracy" the same as "insurrection"? Hello Bront: Good question. "Generally, sedition is conduct or speech that incites individuals to violently rebel against the authority of the government. Insurrection includes the actual acts of violence and rebellion." https://www.csis.org/analysis/ Look.. These are very good questions.. I'm sure the insurrectionists lawyers will present that argument in court.. excon Side: Yes, there was such a person

Oh okay. The left has so many terms and definitions that didn't exist even 5 years ago, much less when I was growing up that it's hard to keep up. Not to mention the never ending musical chairs of definitions that they change every ten minutes depending on who needs protected or attacked. Watching our once free nation afraid to speak is just fantastic. Side: Yes, there was such a person
