We should spread and expand Christianity.

We can't let the Atheist win.

Yes, because God loves us all and if we are Christians, we can FEEL him. We should spread that feeling to everyone we know.

Side: Yes

People need to realize that if they aren't Christians then they will go to hell.

We Christians just care about you! We don't want to know that when you die, you are going to suffer for all eternity.

This reminds me of a quote.

"Eskimo: 'If I did not know about God and sin, would I go to hell?' Priest: 'No, not if you did not know.' Eskimo: 'Then why did you tell me?'"

That quote is dumb and the reason for this is, If you don't know about God or sin, then how would you not know not to sin?? You would end up sinning end Go to hell.

God won't hate you from what you do. Try to crack open a Bible and see his reasons for not liking that. God created men and women each for a different purpose. I am against it, but I don't hate gay people.

Side: Yes

God isn't against homosexuals, that is just some false information that some hateful human beings put into the public to support their own hateful agenda.

The Bible says that men and women were created each for a different purpose. He isn't going to strike you with lightning because you're in love with someone of the same sex. He loves you soooooooo much that no matter what you do, he could never NOT love you.

Been there done that, the result, genocide, inquisition, crusades, so no Christianity and all religions need to die off.

That was the terrorist religion that you were following. This is not Christianity.

Oh. So we just pardon the death caused by non Christians then? I'm positive that non-Christians, or should I say non-religious, have killed tons and tons of people as well. If religion isn't the cause then something else will take it's place whether it be race, sexual preference, stances on current issues, global control or anything. I won't say the religion has not lead to these things, but even if it wasn't there man would find something else to dispute about. Politics would probably be the leading cause. I wouldn't favor expanding it either though.

The problem is religion gives good people a reason to do bad things in the name of religion, as for non religious, sure people are fucked up no matter what they follow but at least its not in the name of God and this seems to be the major driving force of evil for most of human history along with our greed.

Religion seems to be the scapegoat for many people to justify there evil and because of this many people lost there lives as a result.

why should we do that why can't we be equal. I do want one thing over the other.

Side: No

God, no. Don't you think religion has caused enough damage? Expanding it means more people, which means more corruption. As is, there's too much. You want to be Christian, then be Christian, but don't keep trying to convince others to believe it.

amen to that bother. LOL LOL I am dying LOL that was a good message LOL

Side: No

You mean we should spread and expand hate filled ignorance?

Side: No

No. What you see is Christianity being badly represented. If we could spread Christianity, then it would allow for the religion to gain people who will properly represent it.

Side: Yes

If you spread Christianity, you will also gain people who will highlight the corruption of organized religion. Christianity right now has over 2.1 billion followers, and is badly represented. What makes you think more people is going to improve its reputation?

What's to say the people who originally tried to spread Christianity weren't trying to represent it positively, but through time, and corruption the message was twisted?

It's very possible that was the case, and most likely will be again if it's tried again.

"Those who do not learn from history, are doomed to repeat it."

~~~George Santayana
Side: Yes
Those who care about Christianity will support their beliefs. Those who don't agree with Christian beliefs might protest against Christian favor. But in the end, it mostly matters who ends up not being screwed up. I hope that people will come to sense and will accept life as it is, and forget old ideologies. Deism would be something people should go to if that's easier for them. But leave those disbelievers alone. We have stuff to believe in, without hope but with reasoning.
Side: No
If one wants Christianity, they will find it, their is no reason to bring it to them. History has shown, when an idea people don't want is brought to them, it's usually forced. You shouldn't force your beliefs on people, it's bad.
Side: No
It's not bad just because you say it's bad.
Side: Yes
DrawFour(2662) Disputed
I'm pretty certain, that even objectively we can agree that having something forced on you is bad. If we can at least agree to that, then it's not too much of a stretch to see it from the outside perspective as the forcer, and understanding that forcing is bad, because being forced is bad. That longer explanation was implied.
Um, telling someone your religion isn't the same as forcing it on them. We don't make them choose. It's their choice and only theirs. We are only telling them. Plus, you're saying we shouldn't have missionaries to fly to places that don't have Bibles? How then are they going to learn about Him?
Side: Yes
Re-read what I said. It'd make sense (what you're saying to me) if the religion was only going to be brought, but like I said in my argument, history has shown that that's not always the case.
