I really like the ps3 because face it, you have a huge variety of games for all genre's and styles.

Also the graphics that's pretty good and wireless controllers from up to 10 meters away. i love the ps3 mainly because of the games another good reason because it has much more options.

The Ps3 I believe will be better than the Wii. The main attraction to the Wii is the new revolutionary controller. The controller features a motion sensory type instrument in it that detects a players movement in correlation with the position of the controller. So thus you move the controller the character in the game moves. This will work especially well with sports games, tennis, baseball, etc.

But this controller though interesting does not have enough appeal to bring in a larger group of buyers. The Wii really has no significant upgrade other than the controller. The graphics haven't been upgraded, nothing.

So the PS3 while more expensive, I believe will be a more fun system to purchase. But I have to say I believe Microsoft's XBOX 360 will win the console wars this time around due to the PS3s great expense. 500 to 600 dollars!? Crazy. So the Nintendo Wii falls short again due to the lackluster upgrades, and the Sony PS3 drops lower due to the ridiculous price (Its all because of the Blue ray.)

The Ps3 has a wide variety of games and i like playing things with wireless controllers yeah but i agree with jakeJ you burn more calories with the wii. I like the wii to so this is what i think of the wii and ps3.

I have a Wii and a Ps3, so honestly I say..XBOX 360!! Nah, just kidding. I dont have a 360 cuz' they suck. Anyways, I choose Ps3 cause it has cool exclusives like LBP 2 and Heavy Rain and slick graphics and Blu-Ray and free internet. But the Wii has got some cool stuff like motion controls (Duh!) and the cool Wii Shop Channel, Club Nintendo and awesome exclusives like NSMBW. But the Wii dosent have HD and the Wii controllers suck up batteries (but now I get +Long-lasting ones, woohoo!!) So I say Ps3.

The reason I tend to dislike the Wii so much is the delicious chocolate in the middle of a pile of shit theory. The Wii has some resounding successes and some first-party powerhouse games like Twilight Princess and Super Paper Mario, but with all of the terrible games that greedy, soulless game developers are trying to push onto the system, it doesn't really matter. There's always been companies that try to whore out the gaming market, but the Wii has been whored to a new extreme.

I'm a PS3 man myself, but as far as PS3 vs Xbox 360, the only relevant argument is taste. And I have expensive tastes.
