1. ABC Family (good series showing)

2. Any channel where a good football/basketball game is showing. (CHARGERS FTW !)

3. PBS (gotta love those political wraps)

4. MTV

5. Food Network (aspiring cook)

6. Fox and the CW (screw tryna tell them apart. lol.

My tastes are extremely eclectic when it comes to TV and I'm not a frequent watcher. I love PBS, just went through the DNC Convention and when American Idol rears it's head in January I rarely miss a show. I love new talent and love the arts in general. I am a movie buff and own several hundred titles. When I have time I curl up in bed and watch an oldie!

Side: Eclectic

I watch a High Def, 52 inch, flat panel Sharp. It doesn't matter what's on. It looks big and it looks great. But mostly I watch Discover, History, Animal Planet, etc.

Mostly crime or investigation shows like CSI or Law & Order. Next to that, we watch a lot of educational channels, like any of the Discovery channels or the new Planet Green. I used to watch scifi TV shows, but right now there aren't any good ones (like Firefly or Farscape) on TV. If there were, I'd watch 'em.

I mainly like comedy. just funny shit (Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Robot Chicken, Squidbillies, Metalocalypse, South Park, Red Eye, Colbert Report, Reality Bites Back, The Gong Show, Root of All Evil and other funny shit on my Tivo).

i also like the O'reilly Factor, and generally watch Cable News shows. Daily Show too, not often though, prefer colbert report.

don't get into mini series though. do wanna watch Sons of Anarchy though, cause i have a feeling i'm gonna agree with a lot the shit they say. used to watch Over There, but it only did one season cause it made liberal biased media that slanders the troops look bad. god forbid we give the troops a good image.

also like the History Channel and Discovery Channel. they always have interesting shit.

Side: Comedy and Politics

Anything worth watching teaches you something. If you don't learn anything, anything at all, it's a waste of time and a lot of money.

That said, it doesn't have to be educational TV, but as long as you gain something of value-even a point of view on an issue-it's good for me.

Agreed, I watch a lot of Discovery Channel, Dirty Jobs, How it's made, random science shows. I click to CNN and Daily show for news, although CNN has been wasting too much time on celebrity news and other fluff pieces lately.

Side: Something Educational

It is now 2015 and I like to watch AMERICAN HORROR STORY and AMERICAN IDOL.

None.

T.V. is a bigger waste than internets because there is no interaction. You just watch what they want to show you.

Boring.
