If I'm already the dictator of the world, I wouldn't need to make any changes! There won't be any problems of the world any more, because I can effectively solve all of them.

- Borders don't exist any more so war will be a thing of the past.

- Hunger is no longer an issue because trade is completely free and we're producing more food than people can actually consume worldwide already.

- I can devote a massive amount of global resources to solve any problems we have, it will basically render all problems solved in record time! The entire world will have solved the energy issue within a few years.

Without the need for countries to arm themselves, more resources are available to be put towards ensuring humanity's survival instead of destruction.

If I were dictator of the world, I would do the only good thing that can be done - destroy it.

If I were dictator of the world, I'd have a huge area of land refurbished and built to be the spitting image on 1980s/1990s California and I'd spend the rest of my days in the timeperiod for which I am most nostalgic.
