Those illegal immigrants would not have survived without the help of the Indians. They had no clue what to plant that would grow there. We were repayed with blankets infected with chicken pox. Early germ warfare! We accepted and helped only to be turned on by those who were helped. They would not have won freedom from England without learning guerrilla warfare from the Indians. We just needed better immigration laws then. 2

when I hear perfect country, I think of a country that balances individual liberty: freedom of speech, rights of ownership and entrepreneurship, assumption of innocence, gun ownership, etc. and common good: military/law enforcement (protection from other citizens, businesses, and foreign powers), social safety nets (medicare/social security/bankruptcy protection, emergency medical care), public education, etc. a country with a transparent and accountable government that balances consent of the governed and majority rule with absolute protections for individuals including minority groups. Side: balance
