Boys being what they are, a female teacher either wants to get caught or is completely out of her mind to carry on with one of those little urchins. They can't keep their mouths shut, they brag to everyone that will listen that they got laid and if she's sent him any nude photos those are going to go all over the internet. It's happened so many times what compels these hot teachers to keep doing it?

What a waste to send these beautiful young teachers to prison. They should put them on house arrest but not at their own homes, house arrest at MY HOUSE is what's needed. Punish them by sending them to live with a dirty minded old geezer, I'd rehabilitate the hell out of them.

They should absolutely not be able too, however the reason has nothing to do with morals. A teacher cannot be expected to objectively grade the student if they're is a relationship. This is obviously the case with judges and doctors, why would it be different with teachers? A distinction in my argument is the assumption that the student is studying from the teacher. However if a general student at a school were to date a teacher who does not actually teach that student, then obviously there is no conflict of interest.

I think that whatever the outcome may be, they need to stay out of the headlines. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that it isn't interesting news to hear that X young girl and Y old man were sleeping together, or X female teacher seduced Y young male student to be her lover.

This is all about freedom and as long as the student is 18 and the relationship is consensual, there is no harm done.

yes but only college ones. no other school times or adult school. no high school or grade school. and you better make sure you keep it under wraps. that you can both fully trust someone. that you know the other wont tell anyone. you dont want anyone else thinking that you are playing/getting favorite. everyone else will think that every A or good great the student got was because s/he was shagging up with the teacher. plus the teacher can loose their job over it. so it is risky and most likely not worth it

I think they should be outlawed. A teacher is taking advantage of a minor that is against the law.

I don't agree with them. People are using the word "consent" without really thinking about it. If this were allowed it would encourage teachers to view the classroom as a dating pool. They could simply pick the best looking students each year, pretend to have fallen in love and manipulate them into sex. It should absolutely be forbidden.
