What do you think of the new CD2008 template?
What do you think of the new website template in the politics debate section since CD2008 was launched?

I agree. It seems like less people are posting. People who aren't interested in American politics are drifting away. The site has felt a lot more boring to me ever since it switched to CD2008. Changing the default topic is a subtle change, but it seems to be creating a feedback loop that is harmful to the site overall. Side: meh

I agree with Joe and Jessald on this one. I think that with a bit more thought the USA elections might have been separated from the rest and put in it's own category until the election is over. The colors are nice but they are RED, WHITE & BLUE with the American Flag in the background, yet even foreign politics are included there. The pages and pages of lesser elections are also cumbersome to go through to get to what you wish to participate in. I also do not appreciate the default to USA Politics. I believe it should remain "All Debates" and taken from there. You might also give some consideration to adding a few categories such as Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy. I think I'll set up a debate for that to ascertain what subject matter people would like to see included for debate. Good thinking Kulka...LOL! Side: It needs some tweaks
I like the look of it, especially since there is so much attention around the elections this year. I like reading and debating about what people have to say about the candidates running for the House and Senatorial elections. Also, if I get sick of the CD 2008 template I just hit "All Topics" and it goes back to the way it was before. Side: CD2008 rocks
I enjoy the new look of it, because in my opinion it seems more high tech and 3-D ish, but I'm disappointed because you can only see it when on the politics page, and I want to be able to see the new template when I browse to any page. It is just so much more "out there" that I kind of am disappointed when I switch from the politics page to any other page. Side: Give me more templates or Give me death
