People generally have a very skewed perception of what IQ is measuring, how it attempts to measure it, and the mistaken belief that it is static.

It is true that all humans are born with certain "hardware" on a spectrum of "lowest grade" to "highest grade" and that this will vary from person to person. Also, it is entirely plausible (although by no means verified) that there could be statistically relevant differences in the average when comparing between races as is seen with other physical/biological features. Furthermore, ones "hardware" can be influenced to relevant degrees due to healthy or unhealthy development (e.g. nutrition, use/abuse alcohol & other drugs, chronic stress, severe social isolation, ect.).

This is quite similar to human natural body types; Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph

Now, a natural Ectomorph will have a lower starting place then a Mesomorph in terms of Physical prowess, and will also (very likely) have lower constraints/potential than the Mesomorph. However, once Physical training is applied, this natural gap will quite quickly close and if one were to "test" an Ectomorph who had been training for 2 years say, they would likely conclude that person just "is" a Mesomorph if given no prior information about their background. Also, Humans have in no way come close to "maxing out" their athletic potential, so even high range Mesomorphs of today (who also train) will one day be feeble by comparison to the Ectomorph athletes of the future (at some undetermined date, say 50, 100, 200 years from now). Thus, the most salient variables are:

(A) Is one in Normal Range or is there a strong deviation above or below the average?

- If they are a strong deviation below the average, that will preclude them from serious advancement and be highly limiting indeed

- If they are in the average, essentially any feet human's have currently attained is within their grasp provided they train sufficiently & appropriately (although it will require significantly more effort for some compared to others)

- If they are a strong deviation above average, it is (nearly) "sky is the limit" compared to what human's are currently used to (depending upon how much they train toward that end). These tend to be the people who force change in the rest of the "average range" population after them, while they are the leaders/pioneers--everyone else subsequently adapts in order to "survive" after the "hard work" is already done by said leaders

(B) How much are they willing to train, and what sort of "software" is available to them at the time?

This dynamic (roughly speaking) similarly applies with intelligence and training/studying due to Neuroplasticity.

The fact that black people have a lower average IQ than whites doesn't mean white people are inherently smarter, or that white people are endowed with a faculty for intelligence greater than that of black people. It could also mean: black people have on average less access to a formal education; black people on average care less for academia; black people on average think in ways that can't be quantified in a standardized IQ test.

People who think like you do without looking at variables are inherently unintelligent.

Christianity is better than most when it comes to morality

It's Christianity that was the shackle that oppressed people for hundreds of years throughout Europe. It was secularist people who freed Europe from that shackle. The same goes for your Constitution: it was a secular endeavour.

Christians are only as moral as secular law makes them. Remove law tomorrow, and it won't be long before Christians are forcing conversions, whipping people in the streets and executing heretics, not to mention sexually abusing kids.

No it doesn't, idiot. It represents the scarcity of those resources, whether real or implied. Value is subjective, which precludes your statement from being true. If your statement were true then a drink of water would cost a thirsty person more than a diamond ring.
