God does not hate homosexuals. He hates the non-elect, which include some homosexuals. However, what Westboro Baptist said is not true.

If one is non-elect, then it be better for that person to never have existed. However, that is not the case with the tongue that uses this saying. I someone does use this language, then it is in need of repentance.

Leaving the faith for the deeds of others is not a wise decision. True Christians love others, if they have not been given justification for judgement like David was given and what God has. However, true Christians love one another, which includes rebuking and reproofing one another to help lead one another to true faith and understanding in Christ!
Let me tell you that you were absolutely correct in using quotation marks surrounding the word "Christians". None of these mentioned people are truly represented the faith well.
I really think you need to just step away from all of this fighting,all you're doing is adding gasoline to the flames of hatred around you. Trust me, not all "Christians" are full of hate, so do not get the wrong idea.

I think I am tolerant of many religious standpoints and views, including atheism. However yours is one of the few I find extremely annoying. It is very short sighted. You choose to look at all the negative parts of life and say " look at that. if God creates that pain then he must be evil". Well in truth the bad parts are just as benefit all to us as the good. There is a saying " one can not know peace without knowing pain". It's true. You have to have an understanding of both sides of the spectrum to gain an appreciation for it. There was a survey that compared how happy citizens believe they are compared to other countries. you know who was rated the highest. A couple third world countries. They knew how to appreciate the joys in live because they knew its pain as well.
I could go on, but I think you get the gist of what I was trying to say.
I really don't think that is even a good use of your time. You're not going to win this battle, so there's just no point in arguing about the stuff you're returning fire about. I've been there, and I know from experience that it's best to just ignore any personal attacks or things of that nature. People just like getting a flustered reaction and if you don't provide them with one, eventually they will stop. That's the best advice I can give you.
You don't need to be anything, people here love to claim sides, (like there some fucking blood or crip gang) example: "I am atheist, I am a satanist, I am Christian, I am Muslim, ect, ect, ect", it's fucking childish really and unreasonable, just be humble to reality and open minded to the unknowing, be logical and reasonable, if there is or isn't a God so what, just live life the way you want to be treated" as Gandhi said," Be the change you want to see in the world"
don't be either atheist or Satanist, don't be an atheist because then you will lose your feeling of the world and will only look for physical hard evidence, unless you already believe there is a higher power, and if you do, then don't be a Satanist because you don't want to focus solely on yourself, it will throw the universe out of balance!
Atheist just means you don't believe in God....you can still totally be an abstract, creative, "spiritual" person who might be interested in supernatural things and still just not accept the existence of a God. I know i am. I'm really interested in the occult, paranormal, and all that jazz. Its just a result of my personality that I approach things more logically, not my atheism. My atheism resulted from my logical personality, not the other way around.
As for Satanism saying that it is selfish is kind of an over generalization because, like with all other religions/philosophies, the degrees of practice waver. Im not a selfish person, but i accept the philosophy of Satanism because i think its in my best interest in the world we exist in today. And accepting Satanism (theistic or otherwise) wont throw the universe out of balance...thats just absurd. One puny human in the vast universe accepting a different code or religion doesnt affect barely anything on the planet let alone the universe.

I wouldnt say selfish. i would say realistic. It advocates that its followers do good things, however it also teaches that love shouldnt be wasted on people who dont deserve it, and so on and so forth.

Belief isnt a physical thing so it doesnt even apply to these. And if somehow it did then the world wouldve been destroyed years ago.
You dont willfully become an atheist. you just are or are not. When the time comes when you realize that your mind doesnt accept the existence of a god then that is when you come to the realization that youre an atheist. Whether you like it or not.

God told Lot to tell them to repent of their ways or else it would be destroyed but no those people refused to repent and kept doing their sinful ways so God punished them because of that.
If those people repented everything would have worked fine but they decided not to so it was their own actions that caused them to be destroyed.
