What's the difference between liberalism and right wingerism?
The dis-allowance of self-exemption constitutes the moral core of liberalism. Thus, to liberals, freedom only happens when people explicitly subordinate their self-interest to a binding set of norms. In other words, my freedom depends on your freedom. To wit: approaching each other on a narrow sidewalk, one of us has to give way. Me this time and maybe you the next.
We ALL used to act that way. Now, right wingers think their freedom trumps yours, and you better get out of the way.

Excon, this thread created by you is just a babbling mess. I don't agree with any of your views (what's mine is yours) or (what's yours is mine). What liberals stand for is destroying our economy, rising crime, weakness on crime, a weakened southern border, censorship, murder of babies (abortion), supporting Iran to get a nuclear weapon (against the interests of our Middle East allies). incredibly high gas prices, out of control inflation, very high interest rates, unaffordable rent increases, foreign oil dependency and much more. I (and others here) have openly called you out on these MANY issues (above) and you consistently tuck your tail between your legs and run. Now you are starting a thread that interests NO ONE but yourself. What's the difference between liberalism and right wingerism? There is no big difference. The right has become traditionally liberal on many issues like free speech, women's right to compete only against women, my body my choice concerning drugs and vaccines, etc, while the left has become authoritarian and psychopathic, which is the opposite of liberalism. The left said the right would one day shut everything down and exert authoritarian power over a virus in the name of your safety. Then they actually did it in real life. Side: What's mine is yours
