I would pick up a phone call the police, have that person arrested, and probably seek therapy.

However being a man, I might actually like a heterosexual rape. ;)

Fuck knows. That's a headfuck right there. Killing him wouldn't be enough of a punishment.... I'd have to get him raped by that girl friend of mine.....

1) Make sure you were raped. There is a big difference between being raped and sleeping with someone then feeling guilty or like a whore afterwards.

2) If you were in fact raped, you should get a pregnancy and STD test immediately and within 72 hours of the incident a rape kit if you want evidence of the crime preserved.

3) Decided whether you want the rapist held accountable for their actions.

4) Decide how you want them held accountable. You could confront them and demand an apology if it will give you closure. Or you could seek governmental assistance and have them publicly prosecuted.

5) If you choose public prosecution, be prepared to deal with a lengthy criminal investigation and the possibility of being called a whore and a liar by friends/family of the "rapist" and his defense attorney. Remember rule #1.

6) Regardless whether you wish to have the person held accountable - tell someone. Bottling up something as traumatic as a rape will only cause you more pain and anguish which can lead to you trying to cope with this experience in an unhealthy way.

However rape is an act of power exertion, not a situation of sexual lust. It is unforgivable and inexcusable. If it were my (wife, mother, sister, friend) that was violated in this way I would not be able to control myself or (my Father, Brothers, Friends) from kicking the shit out of the perpetrator, even though my best judgment would be to call the police and have them hauled away, it does not matter who the perp is the fact that they have done this means they might have done it before and will if not punished (legally) probably do it again
