Depends in which situation I'd be in. If I was in an I Am Legend scenario, I'd probably sail off on a boat I'd somehow find in a harbor with some supplies, and attempt to reach somewhere with no zombies.

In a Cast Away scenario. I'd build myself a shelter out of bamboo, reeds and twigs, find fresh water and maybe hunt something. I'd also attempt to find a Winston volleyball. Then I would make a smoke signal and wait for a plane or poat to pass by.

It would have to depend on the situation, much like the other poster stated. If one day everyone just disappeared, I would loot the ever loving crap out of everything and just move around as I saw fit. If there where zombies it does seem like taking a houseboat and sailing around would work best.

Eventually, because I'm a sane human being overall... I'd likely end up going insane and talk to myself until I end up committing suicide.

Anyone who'd cope well in a situation like this is actually insane in the world as we know it and belongs in isolation.
