the chicken would of evolved like us but to be eaten!!!!!! the chicken would of had to come first!

God made Adam and Eve first as mature, grown-up adults. This theory applies for the chicken. The adult form comes first before the non-developed form, which is the egg. Thus, chicken comes first.

Chicken where'd the egg come fm but this is the wrong question if its chicken and egg its actual dinosaur and egg so what comes first?

im going to assume were talking about what came first, a fully evolved chicken or the egg containing a fully evolved chicken, and when you think about it that way, its pretty obvious you need a fully evolved chicken to lay the fully evolved egg.

And where did that chicken come from, if it were not from a fully evolved chicken egg?

The actual answer is that both evolved simultaneously until something that was almost entirely chicken like laid an egg that would bare the first chicken. The answer is irrelevant as it would be impossible to find the actual first ever chicken. The gradual change from something almost entirely like but not quite a chicken to actual chicken would be impossible to detect.

But, as a thought process, the processes involved in mutating the "not quite a chicken" DNA into "definitely a chicken" DNA would have occured during fertilisation and initial production of the egg. So, an egg from a "not quite a chicken" would have been laid that would have produced the first "definitely a chicken."

Of course, in reality it is not quite this simple, but you get the general idea.

Well, the egg most likely because a pre-chicken species probably layed it...

whatever the chicken evolved from layed the first chicken egg.

Taking it literally, I love it! We don't always agree with each other, but in this case I concur with your conclusions. :)

That's a great explanation, it can't go the other way too. I think so at least.

Side: egg

If you're an evolutionist, the egg came first, since within the egg was the mutation that would eventually become the first member of the chicken species. If you're a Bible-hugger or something similar, God must have created the chicken first; an egg without a mother could not have survived. Although I'm sure God can fix that.

Neither. The goose egg came first! ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

The egg did, because long before chickens existed, dinosaurs did. Did they lay eggs? The answer is yes, they did. ;)
