Id rather see death. you can keep your sex life to yourself

death is a more acceptable fact of life than sex and while our culture is coming around to sex in movies death will always be more accepted in our culture than sex

Well, if this has to do with the "violence is worse than sex" thing that PC hippies come up with, than I actually prefer to see a death in a movie than a sex scene. Hollywood tends to... Hollywood up sex in their films, and porno (while quite arousing) is very sleazy (Vivthomas, though, still has that passionate realism).

Violence is easy to watch with anyone, though. Yes, there is a certain point where the violence can be uncomfortable with others (depending on who you're watching it with; for me, the more blood the better). But I feel really uncomfortable watching a sex scene with a family member.

Now... reality? yeah, I'd prefer to watch sex.

Death is available anywhere, in every genre movie. Every rating of a movie has death. You won't find any sex scenes in G rated Disney movies, However death might easily be found.

Watching death has been a large part of even the ancient cultures. Such as the Aztecs who had a primitive form of soccer where the losing team was killed, you could take the Romans as well with their gladiators.

All in all though I am a fan of pornography, however I am a bigger fan of gory, murderous films, with no survivors =P
