Which form of travel makes more sense when going to the gym?

The reason you are heading to the gym in the first place is to pay for exercise.

Driving to the gym makes sense because after you work out you might be tired and instead of pushing yourself into jogging you can go home easily with driving instead of jogging and your body has to push itself even more after you just tired yourself out. Its best if you don't overdo it.

There are different kinds of exercise. If you're driving to the gym just to jog, that doesn't make sense. But if you're driving there to lift weights, that makes perfect sense.

If you're the type of person do want to do exercise, there's no harm in doing some jogging as well. Just do as much exercise at the gym as you normally do and you're much better off.
