Who Made A Bigger Impact?
Both men made a huge impact, not only in the U.S. but in the entire world. Both stood up for what they believed in and both recieved much persecution and praise. MLK for his public speaking and neglect for all that was considered "wrong." Also Malcolm X for his way to make his way through people' head and into their hearts. It's your job to decide who made a bigger impact on our society.

In my opinion Martin Luther King made a bigger impact. He made the bigger impact because of his ability to relate to all people although people were considered so different. He made all the pieces of segregation come to together and find one inner meaning that gave you a front row seat to what African Americans and those who defended them went through. Not to say that Malcolm X didn't have a similar impact I just believed he had a bigger one. Side: MLK Jr

Martin Luther King, Jr. is undoubtedly one of the most influential leaders in history. His approach was nonviolent and worked, but only over time. The patience required for an undertaking like his is amazing. There are very few people on Earth that can handle years and years of oppression and torment, while slowly making progress, while being beat up, arrested, jailed, bombed, and even shot to death. It's too bad that King was not able to see his dream come true, and something he may have never been able to imagine, an African American as President of the United States. Side: MLK Jr
