Who'd win in a shooting war with China?

Well, some would argue that as our commitments are split between Russian aggression in Europe and China's belligerence in Asia the Chinese could take advantage of the dilution of our military forces and overpower us. However, I would argue that the same daunting challenges faced us during WW2 when we fought two major conflicts both of which were 1000s of miles from the shores of our own country. Germany was by far and away the strongest military force the world had ever witnessed and Japan had spent years building its military hardware and training its formidable armies. Through great courage, the wherewithal and outstanding leadership we kicked the Japanese back to Tokyo and the Nazis out of western Europe all the back into Deutschland. With the right, BIDENLESS leadership our armed forces would prevail over China. HOWEVER LET'S PRAY THAT WE NEVER HAVE TO FIND OUT FOR REAL. Side: America
