From the moment we are born our parents and family start the process as friends and teachers and then as we step out into the world we gain more and more from formal and informal teachers, directly and indirectly learning from their knowledge and experiences as well as our own learning and experiences as we pass through our lives on this planet . Well it depends whether you mean teachers in literal sense or not; as for exact interpretation your friends might teach you something as well and if you mean it literal sense well let choose ,definitely friends are much worthier,friends come and go but teachers are thrust upon you like your relatives.VALUE YOUR FRIENDS MORE YOU NEVER KNOW FROM WHOM YOU CAN GET AN UNEXPECTED HELP. I will side with friends being more important in life since, let's face it, there is a respect barrier whereby a student cannot call a teacher by his/her first name. We all remember our teachers whether they were outstanding or mean, however, teachers are on a pedestal whereas our friends are not. We accept our friends for who they are and don't have to address them with a salutation. Side: Friends are important
