He was smart enough to defeat Hannibal and his army of war elephants , and at the time war elephants were like tanks , and Scipio beat them with just infantry and calvary . He is often thought to be one of the greatest generals who ever lived . Why , because he beat Hannibal . And Hannibal almost conquered the Roman empire , one of the greatest empires in history.

Scipio is a good choice, but I'll have to go with Alexander the Great. How can you go against a guy whose last name is" the Great"? Just kidding. But he did conquer most of the known world! Deadliest warriors should have done a match between Scipio and Alexander. Would've been good.....
