Sure I do smart guy. The government claimed that society has a stake in the ways and means by which it’s future generations are created and raised, thus justifying government management of those ways and means via marriage. But a free society cannot be subject to government management on such personal private matters without a significant reduction of said freedom. It’s not that I have no clue, it’s that I disagree. But I don’t mind seeing your arguments on par with Noms. Keep it up champ. Side: States government

There should be no marriage policy, why should the state have anything to do with who people want to marry? Because if a woman gets into an agreement where she doesn't get a job to care for the kids, then years later the man changes the rules of the situation and leaves, she's really screwed, and it's his fault in part, due to their agreement, for her having no accumulation of wealth, resources, education, job skills, etc., thus he is legaly bound to help her. And why is marriage even a thing? Because it's the most stable environment to raise up children in if you're going to have them. Side: Federal government
