Because Clinton had an affair you think he was the worst president? Obviously his decision was immoral, but it clearly did not affect his ability to govern well, nor could it be argued that this would make him the worst president. On the contrary, during Clinton's term in office, our nation actually ran a budget surplus for the first time in years. In addition, he made significant progress with both the environment and international relations. None of these were affected by the fact that he cheated. Side: Bill Clinton

Bush Jr. Who else......He spent all of the surplus that Clinton made for the USA over 45 Trillion dollars. We are in a war that we should never have been in. He invaded a Country that was of no threat to the USA and lied about Weapons. And our Country is in dept because of this fool...........And that's his good points Side: Bill Clinton

You seem to have forgotten the few great things Jimmy Carter did for the USA. Unlike the last 8 failed years. Energy was a huge issue during Carter's administration. With the Three Mile Island incident, stricter regulations on Nuclear Energy plants were required. Further, the Department of Energy was created. In 1978, President Carter invited Egyptian president Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin to Camp David for peace talks. This led to a formal peace treaty in 1979.
