Spiderman wins this , there certain thing to consider when you are talking about superheroes . Strength , speed , intelligence , durability , reflexes , fighting skill , healing factor , experience , gadgets , environmental control , stealth , and weaknesses . Spiderman Strength : 10 tons Speed : 200 mph Intelligence : 250 IQ Durability : Took a semi truck to the face that thrown by venom so fast that he could not dodges . Normal humans would break their hands punching him. Reflexes : 15 times faster than human . He dodges bullets from automatic weapons. Fighting Skill : way of the spider combines his martial arts training with his spider sense , strength , speed , and reflexes . Healing Factor : Can heal wounds faster than humans with his proportional spider abilities . Experience : He is very experienced as he has faced many villains. Gadgets : Webbing can with strain the Hulk . Combined with his reflexes he can put up a web wall fast enough to block bullets . Environmental Control : Wall crawling and webshooting give him extraordinary control over the battle field . Stealth : While he isn't exactly a master of this his spider sense cancels out the enemies ability to use stealth . Weaknesses : Spiderman has no true weaknesses except overconfidence . Batman Strength : 1500 pounds Speed : 30 mph Intelligence : 190 IQ Durability : Got his back broken by Bane Reflexes : peak human Fighting Skill : 127 martial arts Healing Factor : Human Experience : 127 martial arts , league of assassin's training , and defeating many villains Gadgets : Many non-lethal gadgets . Most are thrown however and travel slowly. Environmental Control : his gliding and grappling hook give him some good environmental control. Stealth : ninja Weaknesses : magic , ranged weapons , human restrictions. Overall Strength : Spiderman ( 10 tons > 1500 pounds ) Speed : Spiderman ( 200 mph > 30 mph ) Intelligence : Batman ( he can apply his knowledge better than Spiderman , but not by much ) Durability : Spiderman ( Venom > Bane ) Reflexes : Spiderman ( Batman dodges bullets by dodging the barrel , something normal soldiers can do . Spiderman dodges the actual bullets after they have been fired) Fighting Skill : Spiderman ( The spider sense combined with superior strength and speed trump 127 martial arts ) Healing Factor : Spiderman (super human beats human ) Experience : Batman ( batman stomps in this big time ) Gadgets : Spiderman ( his webs can neutralize all of batman's gadgets) Environmental Control : Spiderman ( Wall crawling and webs beat gliding and grappling hooks ) Stealth : Batman ( this doesnt matter cause spider sense ) Weaknesses : Spiderman ( Spiderman has none bat man has several ) Spiderman : 9 Batman : 2 ( would be three but stealth is useless in this fight ) Overall Spiderman wins . As a comic geek myself I very much appreciate the thought, detail and research you put into this (assuming you didn't Copy and paste from somewhere else.) I fully agree with the assessment. What drives me crazy is that even though you have all this good information, you did not ONCE spell Spider-Man's name correctly. It has never been "Spiderman". Side: Spiderman

Also , no one supporting batman has given a logical reason as to why bat man would win . They said Spiderman would lose because they like bat man better . Non a very logical argument . I like bat man more , I really do . But that's why I know batman would lose . And sorry about spelling Spider-Man wrong . Auto correct sucks and I didn't want to correct every time I wrote Spider-Man . Side: Spiderman

The fact that he is more realistic means he loses . Spider-Man has superior strength and speed . batman's stealth is countered by spider sense . Overall , I'd say bat man has a 2.5% chance of winning and that's being nice considering how powerful Spider-Man is . He has been so downplayed over the years while batman has been upped . Batman was my favorite superhero before it was cool to like Batman, better than the other superheros at least. 1. This has been a comic, and when aliens took the brains of every superhero, who saved them all with his superior intelligence? Batman, that's who. 2. While the newest Batman movies are the coolest superhero movies ever, they vastly overlook his intelligence. If you're true to the comics, he's not just an acceptionally bright playboy with an overactive sense of justice, he's supposed to be a complete genius. Like can beat Grand Masters at chess genius. Now, I'll happily admit in a cage match, Superman, Wonderwoman, Spiderman, Green Lantern, Flash, etc, etc, etc, would kick his ass. However, life is not a cage match, and if there were ever a true superhero, he or she could only be so if born in Batman's particular situation, and blessed with both exceptional mental and physical prowess. And that is why I like Batman. A combination of realism and badass-ness. Side: Batman
