Why Are Atheists Such Sore Losers?
THIS DISCUSSION IS ABOUT ATHEISTS, IT IS NOT FOR ATHEISTS. I HAVE YET TO FIND AN ATHEIST WHO CAN DISCUSS CIVILLY IN SUBJECTS LIKE THIS, THEY ALWAYS ARE DISRUPTIVE, SO ATHEISTS ARE NOT WELCOME HERE, IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT I WILL READ THEIR POST BEFORE I BAN THEM.
Why do atheists have to be so rude and profane when they argue against God? Just because the Bible says they are all fools and there is no such thing as a "good" atheist, they don't have to fly off in a never ending sting of profane and vile speech, do that? Maybe they feel they have to do it in order to prove God is not killing them so they can believe He is not there and does not take offense are their evil, and does not laugh at them when calamity falls on them and they cry out "OH GOD!!!! WHY!?!?!?!" and God mocks them and gives them no answer since they always hated Him and refused His counsel.
Not all atheists are "sore losers". There are tens of millions of people who have come to realize the man made purpose of religion. Having this knowledge, they do not scorn believers, but rather understand the needs that religion fills for millions of people. I don't mean to sound condescending with this example, but it's similar to a child believing in Santa Clause. It serves its purpose while they are young.
Thank you for your contribution. You hate God and you are losing everything in death where you are stuck with no way out since you reject God the Savior. I know you think you are smart but really you're not bright.
Listen, fool, a thing like Santa Clause which is created is not comparable to God who created all things and cannot be confined or contained by your imagination, He cannot be made non-existent when you decide He is not there and shut Him out of life. When you present things like Santa Clause and argue they are not God you are simply stating the obvious and arguing against your own consciously created absurdity saying it cannot be God. Fools can only argue against a straw man saying it is not God. Of course any god you can imagine cannot be God who created you and gave you power of imagination.
Atheists are so stupid with their rhetoric which they declare for themselves to be unanswerable and then they accept no answer. Atheists live under God's mercy and experience good things He has created like their power of imagination, yet they desire reality to be void of anything God from God while they deny God is the giver of good things....so God gives them the reality they really want because He will give the desires of your heart even if He has no pleasure in seeing you in the fire of Hell which is the reality you want void of anything indicating that God is good.
Atheists are fools, plain and simple, big mouths stoked up by modern media and public schools to be as rude and obnoxious as they can to anybody who believes God loves them....and they get what they want and what they deserve after God gets tired of putting up with their hard headed hatred of Him.
It's you who does not understand atheism. Any fool can say there is no God and claim to be intellectually superior to those who know he's a fool.
Your a hater pretending to be nice. You're a sore loser using soft-peddled underhanded attacks. You are trying to elevate yourself as superior when we all deserve to die and burn in Hell. I know some people in real life who talk like you are talking here. They, like you, are only fooling themselves to make themselves feel like they are better than those who know that it is only by God's mercy that we are not consumed by the fire of Hell now.

I live in reality by God's grace, you deny reality and live according to your religion which you feel justifies your existence outside of Hell....I see clearly your arrogance while you fool yourself into thinking you are being humble.
Liar, you think your belief makes you superior and you are in deed condescending in your arrogance, and you are in deed trying to sound condescending showing your pretense of superiority......because that is what you are, proud of yourself in your hatred of God and arrogant and condescending toward anybody who believes God is there regardless of them knowing what God did for them in Christ to save them from Hell in reality, and regardless of the others who believe in God and think they can earn the right to exist outside of Hell in whatever religion they practice.
You are practicing a religion which you believe makes you your own little dying god who keeps yourself out of Hell.
One day you are going to realize that you are wrong. I hope that day comes before it is too late for you to be saved from Hell.
Comparing God the Creator of all things and the giver of life who cannot be imagined to a thing like Santa Clause shows you are a sore loser, losing everything in death and angry at God for not doing everything you think He should do right now.
I'm guessing you picked Santa as the straw man who is not God because it is a thing which grants your wishes and you think God is supposed to grant your wishes.....and you wish for the wrong things, your wishes are against God so you get nothing, lose everything, and you are sore about it trying to say nicely why you are a sore loser.
I believe the reason is that atheism and sociopathy go hand in hand. The only true philosophical interpretation of atheism is nihilism and immoralism, as the atheists Marquis de Sade and Max Stirner agreed.
Since atheists deny the existence of objective reality and logical truths beyond their external perceptions, and view themselves as no different than any other animal, a true atheist should have no moral qualms about rape, murder, torture, child molestation, and other nastiness such as that.
Since chimpanzees and other animals may sometimes do those things, there is no logical reason that an atheist should not either if it benefited him materially, since the only law of the jungle is 'might makes right'.
If one does have genuine moral qualms about the above things, then deep down they aren't really an atheist. Rape, murder, obscenity, bloodlust, and psychopathy are just the very practice of atheism.
Hence since crimes such as rape, murder, and pedophilia are already illegal, atheism is therefore de-facto illegal, and deserves no 1st Amendment protection, much as the Founding Fathers believed; the 1st Amendment being intended only to protect the expression of religious, spiritual, and philosophical ideas, not atheism and immoralism.
Atheists do not hate God. They hate what religion does to people who take their beliefs to a radical level. They hate that it's used against the people as a fear tactic. An atheist would never put down your average person for believing in God. If someone say "I believe in God.", an atheist would reply "Ah, well I don't, but everyone is welcome to their views." When someone says "I Know God exists and he's going to make you burn in hell for not believing in him!", that's when an atheist will become profane and vile towards them. That's because you're taking something that is nothing more than a theory, stating it as fact, and then using it as a fear tactic towards someone. It's disgusting.
Quit whining for crying out loud. Atheists are cry babies throwing temper tantrums in their hatred of God. Give me a break. You want to believe reality has nothing good from God for you, so God who is the giver of good things and gives you the desire of your heart will eventually give up on you and give you the reality you want which is void of anything indicating God is good and that reality is only in the fire of Hell. You hate God and you love death thinking death is going to get you off the hook and exonerate you. Atheists are fools, they don't know what they are doing and they do not understand their own belief system while they claim people like me do not understand. I understand. You hate God because you are a loser, losing everything in death and blaming God for not kissing your boo boos to make you feel better.
You could be delivered from all of your troubles and have everything you think God is supposed to do for you, but you want it your way and not His way so you exclude yourself from knowing His love and His blessings, you exclude yourself from the life God offers you through faith in the atoning blood of His Son who is the propitiation for your sins but you refuse to be reconciled to God so you will have it your own way in the fire of Hell. Prove me wrong. I really hope you prove me wrong and the only way you can do that is to be saved by the Savior Jesus Christ but you will not repent of your sins, will you? I doubt it.
If you insist their is no Hell, how can me telling you that you are going to burn forever be something fearful any more than Santa Clause keeping a list of who is naughty is fearful? Atheists are profane and vile toward God, and anybody who knows God in reality will be their scapegoat as they are taught by their big mouth leaders in media and public school to do all they can to bully and silence anybody who says God loves them and wants them to be saved from Hell.
If I did not believe God is God, I would not be reading anything like what you are hearing from me. I was never like you so foul and profane toward men of God. You assume they don't know what they are talking about and you hate the God they say loves you so you hate the men of God who convey the message of His love and desire for you to be saved from your sins, saved from dying, saved from Hell. Your problem with me is that you hate God, plain and simple, and I love Him and He loves you. You are no different than the devilish people who crucified Christ and you would do the same to me if you could, you are a murderer at heart who wants God dead and you are the one who is dead in your sins and on your way to Hell.
If you find the message disgusting, then be disgusted. That's your problem and not mine. I'm going to heaven and your disgust makes no difference to me. Justify your hatred throughout eternity in Hell if you want to, which appears to be what you want to do.
The truth is good for everybody. If you feel the truth is being used against you as a fear tactic, that only means that you are afraid of the truth and you are afraid of the truth because you are guilty in God's sight, worthy of eternal damnation in the fire of Hell and you know it while you try to deny it as if fooling yourself can keep you out of Hell.

I told you that if you really want to know, which I think you do not, you can easily google phrases or sentences and find the Bible references yourself. Your whining instead of going to find the Bible references you asked for proves you really do not want to know exactly which chapter and verse from the Bible supports the statements I made. Okay... so I hate to be rude and I know a bunch of people have already said this, but you really need to take a good long look in the mirror. I am a Christian and I realize that it can be hard sometime to deal with people who disagree with you but the way you go about it really cast a bad light on all Christians. I'm starting to believe the same. His example of Christianity is a good reason why people get tired of religious people and ultimately religion and God itself. It's actually kind of sad that in his fervor he's a great driving force against religion. It is not our place to judge who is hated by God, to do so is to act as God himself. That is a sin. You say that Atheists want to tear you to pieces as they did Jesus? Jesus NEVER spoke of as much hatred as you have, to compare yourself to him, even a little, is beyond blasphemous.
You believe that Jesus is not God and is not risen from the dead after He died for your sins to save you from Hell so your opinion about what God commands is self-centered and not in accord with God's commands.
God commands separation from witches, you are a friend of witches trying to justify yourself in rebellion against God. I am commanded to love my neighbors as myself and I want to be told the truth because it's good for me, so I tell my neighbors the truth because they need to believe it is good for them to know the truth. When people are drinking and trying to intimidate, there's no telling how they will snap so it's best to put them under control. It's pitiful how they think alcohol makes them strong but it really makes them soft.

If you want an idea what it's like, imagine remembering all your evils and the stupid things you said here and being haunted by them forever, unable to return here and never being heard here again. Then imaging yourself being thrown into a fire unable to die and unable to get out, and being haunted by your own memory reminding you of your evils and all the stupid things you said.

What is your problem? If I felt I needed to destroy atheist I would destroy as many of them as I could. I do feel that actively radical jihad Muslims need to be destroyed ASAP, but I leave that to our military and police forces...unless of course I am forced by them in a personal confrontation. Atheists are just little rabid devils trying to destroy God and gloating if they can silence a man of God, and once in a while one of them will turn to God as the preaching of the cross is the power of God unto salvation for all who believe while it is foolishness to them that perish. If you want to hold the hands of atheists and try to make them feel good while you waltz them into Hell, that's your business and I want no part of it. You have them cheering for you hear. I'm a soldier, son. I'm on call of duty, and if duty calls me to dive into a fire to try to get people out, that is what I am going to do in thankfulness for the mercy I am under. I think you're just a punk, a spineless punk.
To those people in that van, I was a rescuer, hoping only to save those people temporarily, to keep them in this world for at least a little while longer..... People save the lives of others every day somewhere, and when they do it putting their own lives in peril with the endangered soul, they are indeed in a relatively small way similar to the Savior who died for me.

It seems you want to nitpick on tangents avoiding the substance of the issues. I'm a soldier, son, in a battle, and you seem to be quite approved of and friendly with the enemy.
You have repeatedly insulted me and put a lot of words in my mouth and made a lot of false accusations based on your false witness of my words. You call me a liar while you lie repeatedly about things I have said, lie repeatedly about my character and intentions and motivation, and you talk about stolen valor while you fabricate false witness? I think you have your debates confused here - because you're the creator of this debate. There's no forgiveness after death, but before death is another story entirely. We're surrounded by grace and mercy in this life, no matter how much of a wretch someone thinks they are - they can always be forgiven.
The Bible plainly and bluntly states that those who believe not the Son of God are condemned already. The fact that they are not burning in Hell while they are condemned and the wrath of God abides on them is due to the fact that God is merciful not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
Jesus plainly stated that those who do not believe on Him are dead now. "Let the dead bury their dead". They are dead men walking, in condemnation, condemned, under the wrath of God now in the first death finalized when they die and then comes judgement and the second death when death and Hell are cast into the lake of fire and their dying never ends in the fire..... and by God's mercy not consumed in Hell while they are dead in their sins and breathing God's fresh air in this world. They cannot be forgiven if they will not repent of their sin and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Many of the fools here have repeatedly stated that they will never repent of their sin and believe on Jesus, and they even go so far as to boldly say they prefer to burn in Hell forever over be in Heaven with God who they say is evil, and when they say that I have to say it is the stupidest thing a person can say.
I love dearly some people who I have known most of my life and they are on their way to Hell and have plainly stated they are going to go their own way because they feel their way is right for them..and yes I told them they are wrong, they are on their way to Hell and they need the Savior to save them.
Ok, you plainly state that you agree with what Jesus said about Hell and sinners....many people say that and then they insist Jesus did not really mean that Hell burns with literal fire and dying in that fire never ends and the bodies of sinners there remain in torments forever. What do you say about that. Do you believe Jesus meant what He said when he said the fire is never quenched and the worm never dies, and there will be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth and death and Hell will be cast into the lake of fire and the smoke of their torments will rise forever? Do you believe He meant it all literally? A yes or no will do, I understand you do not like talking about Hell even though Jesus never held back from putting it firmly in the face of His enemies. The debate is with you as you have falsely accused me and I am trying to get you to see some errors in your thinking as getting your thinking in line with the bible will strengthen your points in giving reasons for your hope. Maybe you don't care, maybe you don't want my pointers of some errors contradicting the Bible in your statements, but you kinda asked for it when you started exaggerating your impressions of my words to the point that you fabricated things I said, lying in saying they were my words and intentions, and not relenting.
There are now four or six things you have stated boldly which are directly contradictory to the word of God. I do like the way you reason at times showing the silliness of nonsensical atheistic beliefs but in open discussions when I see people speaking error I am going to point out the contradiction by the word of God whether they be statements by my brothers and sisters in Christ or whether they come from people who are of their father the devil.
The fact that they are not burning in Hell while they are condemned and the wrath of God abides on them is due to the fact that God is merciful not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

I tried to join the Army after 9/11, they boasted of killing my countrymen and they say everybody in America knew somebody who knew somebody that died on that day....only two or three people in the chain of relations between every American and somebody who died that day. I did know somebody online who was close to somebody who died, and if my mother would have been there they would have been gloating over having killed her. The made it clear they want to kill me only because I am an American and I wanted to go to Afghanistan and see if I could kill them first. They asked for it. They told me I was too old, and with some old injuries I was not going to tell them about, my chances of making it through boot camp I figured were not very good but I sure would have tried if they didn't tell me I was too old at 42.

I never touch a drop of alcohol, my guess is that you do. Am I correct? Why does it bother you, if you know the truth, when I state the truth about Hell?

I'm trying to be nice to you, I'm giving you the benefit of a doubt that you really are born of the Spirit of God and are my brother. Sad you side with atheists against me and you seem to want their approval more than you care about telling them the truth, but here's a story for you. Insult me all you want, I don't care what your opinion is, I don't care if you appreciate this true story or not. I expect you to do nothing but to continue to insult and attack me like all the fools (atheists, Ps 14) of whom none of them does good. So here's the story and do with it whatever you feel like doing.
On a four lane one way road, a minivan once did a sharp left turn while I was in the lane beside it, trying to suddenly turn into a side street. I tried to turn left with the van, but my front bumper was slightly ahead of it's rear bumper and I could not avoid hitting the van as we were both turning. The hit was only a light touch, but it pushed the van over to the curb on the corner and it tripped the van and it rolled over and came to rest sitting upside down. I stopped as quickly as the van had stopped, jumped out of my truck and went over toward the van and saw four people inside hanging upside down in their safety belts. A flash of horror crossed my mind thinking that thing could burst into flames and I dove in through the shattered side window. I didn't have to think about it, I'd rather be in their when the flames started than to stand there watching helpless if they started to burn. One by one I released their seat belts and helped them fall down onto the overturned roof inside the van and I pushed them to go out the broken window. The young mother in the passenger seat hysterically was saying "get my baby out, get my baby out....the kid was around ten or twelve and I got Him out first. Then the mother, then the woman I assume was her mother, then the man that I assume was her father. Then I got out. People stopped at the intersection gaped out their windows watching the whole thing. None of them got out of their car. A police officer was there quickly, the site was maybe one mile from the police station. The officer first went to the four people who were standing around a bit shocked and confused. None of those people thanked me for what I did, but I understand...they really were in a daze and not thinking clearly. I watched and listened as they told the officer what they thought had happened. They were pointing in all directions saying "we were coming from there and then we went here".....they didn't know what happened. They didn't know where they were going when they almost passed the side street the driver wanted to turn on, and they didn't know how they ended up where they were when they rolled over. The vehicles were in position where they had stopped, the officer came to me and I quickly told her what happened and she looked at the scene and said "yep, you can go" after she had looked at my papers and license.
I was kinda disappointed in how those people were trying to blame me for the accident and how they never said one word to the officer or to me to show any thanks for what I did in getting them out, but they were confused and quite upset so it was understandable. They were afraid of taking the blame on top of the shock they were in.
I like to tell the story sometimes as an illustration of what Jesus did to save us from Hell. The story is true, I can document it with the police report from that day on which I was traveling to take a licensing exam related to my business at the time. Jesus plunged Himself into our dying to pull us up out of it in His resurrection. Why did He do it? Because He doesn't want to watch us burn in the fire of Hell.
The story also illustrates the attitude of sinners who do not want to take responsibility for their actions and are not thankful toward the Savior for what He did to save them from Hell. Had those people been thankful and aware of their mistake and admitting their mistake, they would have illustrated people who believe on the Savior and are pulled up out of their dying, out of their sins, and saved from Hell.
You do whatever you want to do. I'm going to tell atheists that they are on their way to Hell as long as they are in this world. It's rare to see a hard atheist turn to fear God and repent of their sin and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and get saved from going to Hell, but it happens......and it's a wonderful thing to listen to the story of a former atheist who realized they need to be saved from Hell and came to terms with God and received the Savior as their life.

The story is true, and like it or not, believe it or not, it is a good analogy of what Christ did for us and the responses of sinners. I never claim to be anything other than a sinner who deserves to burn in Hell and who is under God's mercy to not be in Hell.

Police reports are typically only a couple of dollars. I guess what bothers me the most about your story, is I was involved in something very similar in 2006. I was not nearly as heroic as you, but did lend a hand nevertheless. It was a hard accident to "unsee". Two people (driver & passenger) were smashed together in one of the cars, but they were still alive. Again, I hope you're not making this up.

Another one several years prior to that was a bad collision, really bad at the intersection in front of my house just one block away from the police station, I think it was four people in that one,.........I started describing the scene here but backspaced it off......I don't like looking at accidents, but I was right there and fast on the scene with my little household fire extinguisher in hand. Several young men quickly were there with me saying "we got to get them out, we got to roll it over" .......I stopped them from doing that as I knew the ambulance and cops would be their quickly from one block away and they did get their quickly. It's not being a hero, it's just doing what you're supposed to do. After the ambulance and police got their and took over I went back in my house and cried a while.
The apostle Paul said he would be accursed himself if by doing so he could take the place of the lost people he was trying to reach so that they could be saved from Hell. The chief of sinners knows who really deserves to be in that fire. Of all the people I know, the one I am most sure deserves to burn in Hell is me because I know God knows my sins and it's all ugly. Why I get to know the truth and be set free and others cannot see what is plainly the only hope of life is a question which still bothers me and I don't think about it often because I cannot answer it except that God knew I would one day be His child and he protected me from being crippled or killed many times when I was lost, even after I knew and understood the gospel and clearly and plainly said to to the True Friend in preference of sinners whose company I could enjoy not only by faith but by my physical senses. I knew the day that I first realized I was lost and on my way to Hell and God saved me that He wanted me to tell everybody in the whole world that He can and will do for them what He did for me.....and I fall so far short of what God wants me to be, to be like Jesus forever....Oh Lord haste the day when my faith shall be sight, the skies be rolled back as a scroll...the trump shall resound and the Lord shall descend, praise the Lord! Praise the LORD, oh my soul.

I don't look at accidents unless I see they need my help. I do not deal well with seeing people or anything suffering. Seems like they don't deserve it like I deserve it. That is why I try to warn people of the danger they are in, and I try to warn others not to follow those who are in danger and boasting of their position. I don't mean to sound like I enjoy the idea of people going to Hell. I simply know it is the way it is and I guess I have to admit that I do enjoy the truth and I do enjoy telling the truth....but I do not enjoy the idea of people getting what so many of them foolishly say they prefer in burning in Hell forever over being with God in Heaven. The Bible says God Himself will wipe the tears from our eyes and there will be no more sorrow or pain. Sometimes knowing how unworthy I am it is hard for me to believe it is true but there is nothing to do but keep on believing because the gospel is the only thing that makes sense in this world which never stops festering of suffering and evil.
I was going to say let's put a thousand each in escrow and if i produce the report I walk with it all and if I don't produce the report you walk with it all...then I thought wow, it is old, I better throw in that if they say I can't get a report that old then it's off and we both withdraw......then I thought their may be no mention of me getting those people out of the van because i don't remember telling the officer I got them out and I doubt they told the officer I got them out as they were confused and shook up and busy trying to blame me for the accident...the show was over when the police arrived so I don't think the gawkers stuck around after the cop got there. When I say I'm telling the truth I expect people to believe me. Too bad that doesn't work when I tell them I know Jesus is God who conquered death so all can be saved from Hell.

I read a lot of your waterfall and you do a good job of exposing the silliness of some of the beliefs of atheists, and your manners in your discussions are gentlemanly and I can commend you for those things...yet I'm wondering why I see you saying nothing of the blood of Christ or your identification with Him in His death, burial and resurrection and no mention of being thankful for being saved from Hell. It seems to be like pulling teeth to get you to talk about those things which are strong themes throughout the New Testament and the Old.
I was a C.S. Lewis fan for a long time, overlooking the confusing things he said which did not line up with Bible doctrine. Those things always made me wonder, and it was not until recently that I found a Biblical critique of Lewis as quoted in his writings, most of which I had read and talked about enthusiastically. It was a bit like pulling teeth for God to get me to see the errors in Lewis' ideas and the reasons I should not promote his works.
I'm going to tell the atheists that they are lost, condemned already exactly as the Bible says they are. I'm going to tell them the wrath of God abides on them exactly as the Bible says it does. I'm going to tell them God the Savior gave His sinless blood as the covering for their sins if they will repent and believe on Him in His resurrection so they can be saved from Hell. I do not like standing here watching a bunch of fools fighting in favor of their own death, I know dying is forever in the fire of Hell and it bothers me when fools say they don't care and they try to encourage others to be proud and brave fools like themselves.

This is a prime example of a loaded question as well as denial. I would like to introduce you to the idea of obscurantism, the blocking of facts. This debate isn't exactly obscurantism, but denial, as you claim that atheists are disruptive, which I interpret to mean that they challenge your views, and the fact that you want to ban them before you even reading the response is denial. You don't deserve to be participating in this debate website if you decide to reinforce your arguments with censorship of the opposite opinion. That's not debate, that's Orwellian.
If the poster of debates is operating within the parameters set by the makers of this website, then the poster deserves to participate. If the poster is so objectionable that you won't engage him, then he doesn't deserve your engagement. But your post here implies that he does. If he deserves your engagement, then how can he not deserve to participate in platform wherein he is engaged?
I most definitely think that he deserves my engagement, as well as the opportunity to participate in this website. At the same time, I also expect that he deserves the engagement of other people even if he disagrees with them, which he refuses.
