Seeing as Cuomo himself is responsible for what appears to be over 15k deaths due to his own personal actions. I'd have to argue that you're wrong on the whole "They're stopping deaths" argument. You're also bringing up the same irresponsible media, while forgetting just how much they've been allied with the democrats all through the pandemic. In the United States of America people have the right to describe idiots as idiots. The media doesn't consist exclusively of the Cuomo Empire nor does it comprise solely of the left-wing propaganda machines such as C.N.N., and the N.Y.T.s. Most of the world's medical experts have clearly stated that lock-down is a significant contributory factor in controlling the spread of corona-virus. It's fools like you and the debate creator who send conflicting and confusing messages to the public by trying to politicize everything the other side says who are unnecessarily prolonging the death rate and torturous suffering that covid-19 is causing. Using a deadly pandemic to score a few cheap one-up-man-ship points against your political opponents is the action of a diseased mind. The world will probably have to deal with covid-19 for the foreseeable future and the effectiveness of its control will be dependent on the preventative measures employed by the world's governments and their acceptance by the general public. TELLING PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR SIMPLY TO CURRY FAVOR WITH THE VOTERS IS THE SURE SIGN OF GUTTER POLITICS. BE ADVISED THAT COVID-19 ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE AND IS VERY MUCH PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE LAND. THE BEST WE CAN HOPE TO DO IS TO MANAGE IT AND THE DEGREE OF SUCCESS WE WILL ACHIEVE IN ITS CONTROL WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON OUR POLITICIANS SHOWING STRONG LEADERSHIP AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC EXERCISING COMMONSENSE.
