Why doesn't government abide to its own rules and laws?

Government passes laws prohibiting private monopolies either by apparent unregulated or regulated companies, yet government participates in coercive monopolies (government monopolies) that restrict any innovation into the service.

The government makes laws that they don't abide by because they want more control over people. Read 1984 and you might understand. Why the heck should they follow the law when they were the creators of it? They can make up whatever they want so that they can get more money, more whatever it is that they want. The laws benefits the government, not us.

The government should abide by its own laws.

There is a proposed 28th amendment "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."
