Hecklers are a serious threat to free speech and should be controlled by offering them the opportunity to ask questions, or present a short opposing view when prompted to do so by the speaker. If the hecklers are only intent in causing disruption to an oration and have no interest in conducting themselves in a civilised and democratic manner they should be removed. Side: Covid
