Because vetting people on a plane has absolutely no bearing on future Democrat elections. If you look at the voting blocks of people electing Democrats, you will notice the majority are minorities looking for handouts from tax payers. There is a reason why there are more minority children under age five than whites. The parents have a moral problem and lack the moral character and responsibility to keep from creating babies they refuse to support. The Democrat Party is so corrupt, they would rather create a society of broken families dependent on Government, than creating good economies and record low unemployment like Trump has created.
