The question is for you to ask yourself.

You open with nothing but an insult, you are vulgar. You are not asking God's forgiveness so you can't have it. All you have is His mercy giving you time outside of Hell and that time is slipping away while you prate. Take it somewhere else (if God gives you more time).
I have many times admitted that none of us are perfect and we all need forgiveness, including myself. The Christian faith teaches that God will forgive any person who calls Christ their Lord.
What is happening with this progressive movement is that they want everyone to love themselves just the way they are. There is never any mention of improving ourselves and admitting our shortcomings or irresponsibility.

When explaining the word mistake, they always include how we all make mistakes and therefore it is just a human condition and no one should feel badly over their "mistakes".
The last I knew, a mistake is when someone adds two plus three and gets six.
Making conscious decisions to have one night stands, taking illegal drugs, illegally crossing borders of nations, drinking and driving, abandoning your children, abortions, spending yourself into debt, buying things you know you can't afford, etc. etc. ARE NOT MISTAKES!
They are choices you make! Progressives refuse to speak to the irresponsibilities of these choices. These are things that they believe we need no forgiveness for.
In their no fault anything goes culture, there is nothing wrong with our choices because we are just evolved human animals.
They believe we have no control over our choices in life, just as the animals in nature live by instinct.
This is why our families today are broken and why so many children have no fathers at home.
When a Progressive ideology no longer is willing to speak to immoral choices, we as a nation are dead because no one dares shame another for their so called "mistakes". That would not be politically correct to do so. The results are a nation of people lacking the guts to tell it like it is.

Actually, I think what the progressive movement has done is try to change what some people define as shortcomings. Most notably, they are concerned with circumstances outside of someone's control, like their sexuality, race, economic stability that they're born with, access to services, etc. They want to redefine these issues, which historically have been seen as shortcomings as something that should be accepted.
For example, if a person is born in a country that is then ravaged by war and they have to escape someone, progressives are then willing to forgive them coming to the country illegally because it came from necessity. This is where sanctuary cities come from: all that means is that they don't want to report an illegal immigrant to the government for a less severe crime, because they think it is unfair to punish someone simply for their circumstances.
You read into this that they also want to let people live with no consequences. I disagree.

You never hear me say Jane Doe had an abortion and therefore she is evil. I say the Democrat Party is run by extreme pro abortion politicians that support the inhumanity of even no restriction abortions for any reason at any stage.

Read the Bible and you learn that is not the case. The Bible says we have ALL fallen short of what we should be. It says our so called goodness is like rags. It says that with out faith in Christ, none of us will make it to heaven.
Yes, God is also a God of love and commands us to love one another, forgive one another, not judge one another, etc. etc. but this does not mean we should be silent when our nation is separating any mention of God from our public.

Would you say it was wrong to take a stand against Hilter when he was killing Jews? Do you think we were being hateful towards him when we called him evil? That issue is no different then speaking out against abortion. God would not have us be silent to inhumanity.

Jesus was speaking to His disciples, calling His closest followers "evil". When I say we are evil, I think Jesus is pleased that I am in agreement with Him.
Also, Jesus named people's sins specifically and called them character names according to their sins. Jesus wants us to follow Him. He said we should expect to be hated the same as He was hated if we follow Him. I think the Lord is pleased when we agree with Him and do and say the things He would say, even when we are hated for it.
From what was written above it seems to ME that we all need to get our forgiveness from "Nowasaint", GOD's self-appointed messenger of what we can do and what we can't. Whatever happened to ..... what's it called?.... "Freedom of Religion".... in America. Kneel DOWN, folks! The master has spoken!

YOUR "GOD" may forgive you, after all, HE goes by YOUR interpretation of HIS (alleged) commandments (which have not been verified and are interpreted differently by other religions ... which are also un-verified). That most of those commandments were taken from other ancient religions that existed BEFORE the Abrahamic religions HAS been verified. Whom do we believe? Frankly, I'm sticking with our Constitution. THAT needs no verification to me, and it says I don't have to follow "Nowasaint's" rules! I like that.

Assuming the Christian God is truely the God described in the Bible I see no reason why he wouldn't forgive you. Even though you and I have had our disagreements their is no denying your devotion and will to spread the Christian God's word. I have no doubt your sins will be forgiven by your God any you will be granted the Christian paradise.
You are not asking God's forgiveness, you are implying there are many gods and God is not God, you don't belong in this discussion. I suggest you go start your own discussion, and maybe title it something like "Do the gods of sodomites enjoy my perversion and do they forgive me for defiling my body, and is their forgiveness enough to keep me out of Hell?"
My sins are all forgiven, paid for by God's own blood when He took my place and died for my sins, satisfying Himself that my debt has been fully paid so I can be set free. Heaven is my home, and because I know where I am going and who paid for me to get there, I deny myself of ungodly lusts and live soberly, righteously, godly in this present world.
You assume that you can be a sinner and be exonerated in death.......the only problem is that you can't undo the things you have done and they remain on you and will be with you forever and if you will not repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, siding with Him against your sins and trusting Him as your life, your Savior, you will be a sinner forever in the only place God has for sinners, the fire of Hell which will contain and consume their hatred of God forever and testify against their will to their Creator's greatness and goodness forever. It's good to know God punishes sin and it's better to know His forgiveness through faith in the blood of His Son who gave Himself for our sins. You will keep on indulging yourself sinfully forever, won't you? You won't ask God's forgiveness and turn from your evil ways to the living God and trust Him, Jesus, as your Savior, will you? Sadly I must admit that I believe you will never get saved and you will wake up in Hell and remember these words in your torments. I think you know what you walked away from and you know you did it because you love your sin more than life and do not care where you are going like a moth flying with pleasure into the flames.

If someone does monstrous things, yes there is actually hope for them. But... if one feels compelled to come to God and ask for forgiveness, then they have chosen a move of humility and repentence. The gospel is backwards to carnal thinking.
The Pharisees were very religious, and Christ called them the "Children of the devil".
The prostitute and the publican were not religious, and Christ said they would enter before the priests would. The thief on the cross had a defining moment when he spoke to Christ as he was dying. Saul/Paul murdered Christians, but God compelled him to stop and change. Peter cursed and was sometimes hot tempered. Christ rebuked him often, and he was changed. What you do not see are examples of any of them being "perfect people".
God wants us to admit we are sinners who deserve to die and burn in Hell forever. A common heresy today is for Christians to say "I'm only human with human faults" as an excuse for their sins. Our faults are sin and evil. It's part of the grace heresy.
Why don't you do some googling on the modern grace heresy that is infecting so many churches today? If you won't learn it on your own, you won't learn it from me. It's easy to find in the Bible and easy to find it on the web with exposes of modern grace heresy teachers.
The Bible makes it clear, it is simple, you should know........but you are probably twisted by the modern grace heresy so you got all kinds of elaborate complicated twisted ideas about God's grace.
Not really. I obey the commandments, don't look at pornography, help the poor, etc for example, and I believe in God's grace so far as he overlooks my old sins that I have repented of per the cross.

God's grace overlooking your sins which you repented of is the grace of God which hath appeared unto all men...even atheists have seen the grace of God bestowed on them if they admit it or not, but by grace you were saved through faith, and that not of yourself (I believe "that" here is faith), it is a gift from God. Now the grace of God is teaching us who are saved that we should deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.....looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ who gave Himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
For believers, God's grace gives strength to obey and to serve Him. The modern grace heresy basically teaches that we are only human and our faults are excusable and it's understandable if we are not acting godly and holy at times.....turning the grace of God into lasciviousness, making excuses for ungodly indulgences and actions rather than obeying God to cast down imaginations and everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring every thought into captivity of Christ.
The modern grace heresy makes excuses for friendship with the world which is enmity with God, makes excuses for sin saying "I'm only human" like animal instinct is an excuse for ungodly usage of time, fleshly indulgences, worldly pleasures.......God is against Santa Clause and Dragons and Dungeons and so am I!!!! The modern day grace heresy makes excuses for that ungodly anti-Christ evil and so many other expressions of evil whether subtly or boldly not honoring the Creator to glorify Him in Jesus Christ. Most Christians today are going to have the vast majority of their works in wasted and abused time burned up on judgment day and will have little that will remain to be remembered in Heaven.
So when do you know you are "good enough", "Godly enough" etc? Once you've denied Jesus 3 times and had Jesus rebuke Satan for using you to tempt him? Or do you simply need to be a thief on the cross next to Christ?
You can't be good enough, but that is not an excuse for not being good enough, it is not an excuse for your faults nor for your sins, it is not an excuse for not being holy.
Paul said "I press toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus"...there is no excuse for falling short, their is no excuse for not pressing toward the mark of perfection God calls for. We are commanded to be perfect, we are commanded to be holy and we must press toward the mark or we will make excuses for our faults and careless indulgences in the world, instead of calling those things what they are: sin.
The thief on the cross had little time and you can be sure there was only one thing on his mind when He asked the Lord to remember Him when He came into His kingdom and that thief was being as holy as he could possibly be, and God gave him a name remembered for thousands of years in His holy word....and here you are trying to make a name for yourself?
I have no name to make. No one on here even knows who I really am. Nevertheless, by the standard you are setting (or so it appears to me), if Peter had died after he denied Christ 3 times, he wouldn't have been saved. If David had died directly after committing murder, he wouldn't have been saved. If the disciples had all died after arguing who was the greatest in heaven, they wouldn't have been saved. That seems like a dangerous ledge to hang out on, thinking you can work your way into Heaven.
I do read my Bible, and I am yet to meet a "holy" or "perfect" person still to this day. I'm yet to read about one other than Christ in the Bible as well. What you are practicing is called Phariseeism.
You are living in the Phariseeism heresy. You can't save yourself. You can follow Christ the best you can, but you will always slip somewhere. The man who was saved in the temple didn't brag about his piety but was justified by his humility.
There is no such thing as "Phariseeism", it's a fallacy invented by people like you who want to make excuses for the ungodly things they do with their time such as watching Star Trek and displaying a demonic icon of a fire eyed devil pretending they have a license to represent the Lord that way.
I don't believe you are saved or you would not be talking like a devil trying to ignore God's simple and clear admonition for His children that He wants them to be perfect like He is perfect and to be holy like He is holy. There is no excuse for my sins, there is no excuse for your sins, there is no excuse for a Christian to be wasting their time watching evil entertainments like Star wars and there is no excuse for a Christian to represent the name of the Lord by portraying himself under the icon of a red-eyed black hooded devil, there is no excuse for a Christian to be using the word "hell" as a cuss word (among the many other cuss words you seem to think are ok for whatever you feel is a Christian to be using).
I could go on and on pointing out how your words and actions go directly against the word of God giving the appearance that the Spirit of God is not in you as you have no humility over your own sins. Your behavior, your teaching, your words in this forum are a disgrace to the name of Christ. You think the grace of God permits you to act however you feel....that kind of grace is what is supposed to lead a person to see their need of mercy to be saved from Hell and apparently you have not reached that point.
I live a holy life, I know many holy men and some holy women. Too bad you are so worldly and carnally minded that you do not know what it means to be holy.
You need to do a topical study on holiness and do it in the King James Bible.
God wants all of His people to be holy and you don't seem to care about that, just making excuses for your unholiness. Unholiness is sin, and you are making excuses for it. It is your heresy which disgraces you as a Christian.
Thinking you can do whatever you feel like doing and make excuses for not being holy by saying "I'm human, I have human faults, desires, shortcomings.....whatever" is living in the grace heresy and it is your crowd which disgraces the church.
Google "the grace heresy" and get an education. Obviously you are undisciplined and don't care much about what God's clearly says in His word. You're out of here.
Awwww, boo hoo, do you feel it is unkind for me to tell you the truth about how you make excuses for being unholy?
If I tell you less than the truth, it would be apathetic which is hateful; selfishly seeking your acceptance......telling you the truth is loving and if you were not in rebellion it would not seem unkind.
Here's a suggestion for the discussion you tried to start, out of place, here....title it "Is God a he or a she, and does it matter". I'm sure you have a lot to say on the subject and will enjoy the comments of others. Why you tried to start your discussion here, I don't know unless you are just trying to be a disruptive jack ass.
You don't know if God is male or female, so how can you know you will be forgiven? Obviously you don't know what you are talking about and only want to believe that you are exonerated in death and need no forgiveness so you feel you have the right to exist outside of the fire of hell.
Also, you obviously do not belong in this conversation, that is made clear in the OP, you're just here to be a jack ass because your brother makes you ashamed of yourself.
