North Korea is preparing to test-fire a long-range ballistic missile from a new launch base near the western coast, a South Korean government source said yesterday.

I am Korean so I know this well President of North Korean is now Jung-ill Kim. But his son's name is Jung-Nam Kim. Jung-ill Kim is going to die now because he is too old But his son thinks South Korea is very bad country So when his father dies, he said he will may be start a war again. This was in news. Now South Koreas are in fears because of North Korea. Side: yes
In the first Korean war an armistice was signed but a formal peace treaty wasn't. So the possibility of another war between the two countries can still happen, and with North Korea's aggression against other countries and its overpowering military and all the missiles. It could happen Side: yes

Overpowering military? Missiles? Don't flatter them. Be real. They are in to scaring people. I bet they would exhaust their whole national resources on starting a war, and then have nothing to back themselves up. It would be over with NK fast, but the rest of the world would be caught up in the mayhem. They start it, the rest of us finish it. Side: yes
Oh God, War is noting except cruelty and disaster. So every country should stop the North Korea to start the war. Side: yes
It is exactly this kind of attitude in democratic societies that leads to war. When dictators are faced down with resolute willpower behind the economic strength of a capitalist liberal democracy they always back down - when they doubt the resolve (there is no doubting the economic power) war happens. Someone either really doesn't like people talking bad about North Korea, or someone really doesn't like people talking bad about Iran! Down-voting completely rational and intelligent thoughts about countries that love creating mayhem... The highest possibility for the beginning of another World War is North Korea. Proximity to China, Russia, and pretty much the whole area where much of the US gets its "stuff", any small problems that they cause could escalate into a war at a scale that has never been seen before. The major goal of the study of debate as a method or art is to develop one's ability to play from either position with equal ease. To inexperienced debaters, some propositions appear easier to defend or to destroy; to experienced debaters, any proposition can be defended or destroyed after the same amount of preparation time, usually quite short. Lawyers argue forcefully on behalf of their client, even if the facts appear against them. However one large misconception about debate is that it is all about argument; it is not. Side: yes

To a noticeable extent, Hagan has succeeded in portraying Dole as a Washington dinosaur wholly in-step with the policies and failed agendas of the Bush Administration in enough of the North Carolina voters' minds to create a push in the polls, which kept Dole heavy on the Campaign endorsement trail in NC rather than making her usual appearance at the RNC. North Korea has continously started arguments with USA and they are becoming more hostile to USA and its allie's. There are new articles everyday about the upcomming assault on USA formed by the North Korea Government. There are even Rumors of their attack triggering the start of World War 3. Knowing this what do you think? Side: yes

There will be no point of North Korea starting a war. We would invade them and raid them in a mere 3 weeks. Although we would lose a couple of thousand troops, we could destroy North Korea in a single shot. We would also have allies with South Korea, Britain, France, possibly Poland, Canada, maybe Soviet Union. They would be crushed. Side: No

Why else would they breed missiles and weapons of destruction? To scare. The secrecy of the country could work both ways, either to mask the build-up of their military, or to mask the superficial "fakeness" of their aggressive identity. The tensions between North and South Korea are high as of late, and it would make sense for a "nuclear" N. Korea to threaten a "petty" S. Korea into doing something they want them to do. It's all cheap scares, and elementary strategies. N. Korea's shallow thinking aside, North Korea will not dare start a war with South Korea because it knows that South Korea would be backed up by the rest of the world. N. Korea asking for a war would be a suicide wish for the country; a country that is brainwashed to love its country and its dictator. Just doesn't make sense.. And a war by North Korea would be just like a man's attempt to kill a crowd in NY with a hand gun running on one cartridge, he will try, get some in the process, but in the end, he'll obviously be stopped. N. Korea's thinking cannot possibly be so one dimensional as to not recognize that, because, for one, it's country isn't necessarily a "big" country if you look at it from the whole scheme of things--which means they can't have a genuinely large army, AND in terms of weapon quality, there's no way that North Korea's policy of isolationism and secrecy can breed top of the line weapons of mass destruction, as you need international resources to build them. They can't suddenly snap their fingers and have an arsenal of top-class nuclear bombs and a massive technologically overpowering, grand army. North Korea doesn't have the guns, And we all know it's the guns that wins the war, not the heart. You see this in history many times repeated. All in all, it doesn't make sense for North Korea to start a war, unless the dictator wishes to kill off his own nation, which just doesn't make sense. Side: No
No north is not going to start a war. If kim jong un wants his ass on the throne for a long time he would not rage war and he knows that china is not going to back north korea. And he also knows that south korea will win north and capture him dead or alive if he wants to live he knows he should not start a war. Side: No
North Korea will not intentionally start a war with US and/South Korea as in the form as the planning that Japan put into the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1940. However, wars sometimes result from tensions so high along the red line that actions of one side are misinterpreted and shooting begins. Cool heads need to prevail but, President Obama must draw the line in the sand with this upstart so we don't have to put up with his tantrums. Best move and cheapest would be to hire political hit men and wipe out Baby-Huey and his family henchmen....much cheaper in both, human lives and cost of maintaining and fighting a war.....even with feudal North Korea. If we must fight, then turn the N. Korea into a parking lot for the Samsung employees in South Korea. Side: No
