Assuming you were arrested and charged with riotous behaviour and found guilty of unlawful assembly for illegal purposes then you would have the stigma of a criminal conviction recorded against you for the rest of your life. Any unauthorized demonstration or protest consisting of 3 three or more people is classified as an unlawful assembly. Personally I would prefer to express my discontent at so called social injustices at the ballot box. We have right wing, left wing, B.L.M., militants, Islamists and many other activist groups all turning the country into a war zone of rival extremists. Side: No

Well yes, I guess everyone has either unknowingly or willfully broken a law (let's say breaking a speed limit) at some time in their lives. In my opinion it is dangerous to adopt an attitude that the individual can decide which laws are to be observed and which laws, in their opinion are too stupid to be followed and therefore can be broken.For instance, The anti-riot act is regularly broken by Bongos who riot, loot and appropriate city centers, as they did recently in Chicago, undoubtedly based on the premise that such a law is too stupid to be observed.
