Yes there is nothing with that. Sometimes the less than perfect person are the ones that stick around for the long run.

If I don't know her, probably not.

If I know her, probably yes.

If I know that person and I know what she's worth, I may start to enjoy her, and because I enjoy her I may even start seeing beauty in her to the point that I find her gorgeous (this happened quite a few times to me).

So, absolutely yes. And if you find yourself in the dilema of "I like her a lot, but she's ugly, even tho I find her pretty... should I... or shouldn't I?" just go for it. Otherwise, you may regret it, and it can be a hard thing to regret.

I've never not gone out with someone based on their looks.

If you do you miss out on possibly an amazing person.

It's all in the eyes and heart of the beholder. Attributes other than physical appearance can add or subtract from a persons attractiveness.

Looks arent everything, personality matters so much more.

That's what society needs to learn.

I am considered a "good" looking person. But i always look at the personality. I believe that the personality is what makes a person pretty or ugly.
